I don't expect any response from the owner, as they don't appear to take reviews seriously. I will be doing negative reviews on other review sites to reach the biggest audience that I can.
I was at this location around 7:15 p.m. I ordered a milkshake, and some soup using the order screen near the food area. I printed out the receipt and took it along with 2 bottled Pepsi colas to the front register. I watched the elderly gentleman at the register scan my food receipt and the 2 colas. They have a policy of not giving receipts unless you ask for one, so I thanked him and returned to pick up the food. No problem with the soup, but the employee making the shakes insisted that I had not paid. I told her that I had paid. After a back and forth with her, I requested a manager (Caucasian female with her hair in a bun). A BIG MISTAKE!!! After explaining to her that I had paid, and had watched the cashier scan the receipt, she insisted that I had not paid. After getting nowhere with this idiot, I asked her to follow me to the front to ask the cashier. I said this didn't make any sense, as I had paid. Her response "Don't start with me." (Total Ghetto Queen behavior). I immediately responded with "Don't you start with me!!! She must have thought she was in control of me. I don't think so. We proceeded to the front. Instead of asking the cashier, who could have verified that he had checked me out, she went to another register and said it didn't show that I had paid. I had only paid for 2 Pepsi Colas. After not getting any reasonable excuse from her as to why, I told her to give me a refund. She said that she was only going to refund me for the sodas. Was she assuming that I was there to steal food from them, and get a refund for items that she insisted that I had not paid for? Probably, as she appears to be incompetent.
Instead of looking for the reason why my food order was not registered when it was scanned; she is now stuck with a large milkshake and large soup that she has to throw away. Pure genius decision making on her part. As I was leaving, she continued to shout at me in a condensing manner. One was a sarcastic "you have a blessed day." Did I say Ghetto?? This establishment just lost another food customer.
Maybe the cashier being new didn't properly scan the receipt?? We will never know, as this idiot manager didn't do any investigation.
Question for the owner. I purchased a turkey bowl several days ago and it didn't have cranberry sauce. I purchase another today and no cranberry sauce. When I inquired, I was told that I have to order cranberry sauce. The picture on the kiosk shows cranberry sauce. When you customize it, there is no option related to cranberry sauce. Can you provide me with some clarity. I like the turkey bowls and the store is one of my favorites.
Update #1 Still waiting for a reply from the owner.
Update #2 Week of November 14, 2022. I stopped in for another turkey bowl, and one of the servers helped me order, after I inquired about the order including cranberry sauce.
Update #3 November 28, 2022. Stopped in today for another turkey bowl, checked the order and there was no cranberry sauce!!!!!! I asked the server where the cranberry sauce was, and his response was they were "out".

Read moreI came in to Wawa to get a coffee and it was one line and it was long but they had 3 cashiers OPEN but the people insisted on standing in this 1 line, so when the cashier Gabby said she was open and no one in this long 1 line moved I did. When I got in Gabby’s line and it was time to check me out she said the line is back there. So I moved back to this 1 long line that no one would move out of which wasn’t right so I stood in a line with 10 people in front of me that had options to go to another line. I’m pretty disappointed because she should have just let me pay for my coffee so I could go and wouldn’t have to take time to write this review in which I never have to do.
