Good Phở You — Restaurant in Mill Creek

The Beef Pho was ok. The main reason for the lower rating is that the broth was relatively cold and only turned the beef a light pink color. I ordered Togo which appears to have been a mistake, they said it would be ready in 15-20. I got there in 15 to see it waiting for me, I drove home a whole 2 minutes and poured it into a bowl and added all the ingredients. Sadly in that short of time I had to microwave the food for a minute and to get it warmer and I probably should have done 2 minutes to actually get it to a soup sipping hot temp. I've been here before and ate in the restaurant but I don't remember the experience that well but it wasn't bad enough to write a bad review nor was it good enough to want to give a stellar review.

All in all, this place might be a decent dine in place but not a good Togo place based on my experience. $17 for the food seemed a bit much but there was a decent amount of food and food costs have gone up so it's tough to complain about that. This is such good Pho. You can taste the love in the food here. If you ever wondered what the secret sauce for some restaurants over others, it is the love. When there is love on the food it is prepared with care. I usually get Brisket amd Tendon Pho. And if you are a connoisseur of Pho the way I am, you will know what I mean when I say the tendon is tender and juicy not rubbery. It melts in your mouth. So does the Brisket. The broth is well flavored and their portions are generous. Service here is warm with a smile and I have no problems eating at places where the service seems off if the food is good; it is just so nice to have such good food amd amazing service. I have seen 3 generations under this same roof working together and everything here is soooo good. The Shrimp Fresh Rolls are really good with fresh greens and yummy sauces. I couldn't praise this place enough! My boyfriend and I get this pho every single Friday (sometimes more than 1 time a week) for about a year now, and it is consistently delicious! The broth tastes amazing and this is one of the few pho places that really goes all out with the meat, so much that sometimes it is difficult to finish! The noodles also aren't too hard or soft. If you like your meat really cooked and take the pho to go, I would recommend heating the broth a little bit on the stove before combining with the noodles and meat.

Beyond the pho, I really like their boba tea. The consistency is that smoothie kind, and the boba is tasty! The gyoza is nice and crunchy, and they put holes in the to go box so it doesn't get soggy.
