The Cove Restaurant and Lounge — Restaurant in Mill Creek

I do not normally write reviews, but when you receive amazing customer service that goes above and beyond, then I think it is your duty to leave a compliment. First off, due to Covid my original wedding was canceled. We had to change it up last minute and plan a wedding in three weeks. The Cove came through!! I called to get a quote for catering and on the second ring the head chef picked up. He explained the menu to me and what they do etc. He told me that I could expect a call from the owner in 15 or so minutes. The owner called in 5. The response time was amazing, and I know they were extremely busy. Fast forward to the wedding... EVERYBODY liked the food. Not just liked, but they came to me and asked where we ordered catering. I've been to a lot of weddings, and very rarely is the food any good. The Cove delivered on time, picked up on time, did everything they said they would do. Sometimes it's more than food, I could feel the culture of this place and it was absolutely inspiring. I make reviews for places and their bathrooms. Cause I like good places that are CLEAN. This is one of my favorite bathrooms. There is 1 female bathroom with 3 stalls and 1 wheelchair accessible stall, a sink and paper towels. But it's decorated with drawn and fully colored scenes with the quotes from iconic movies! You gotta check it out it is so very cool! The facility is one of my favorite places to go. You can go for breakfast, lunch, dinner, on a date, with a group, to watch a game or a fight, or just a spot to meet up and have a drink. There good is so good. I've never had anything on the menu I didn't like. Plus it's great to see people having a good time when they're working. Makes fur a fun staff. The ambiance is so chill. There's awesome and fun art. They have special events like live music, bottomless mimosas, a DJ and more. If your gf doesn't know what to pick for your date night take her here. Overall experience is not great!!

I happy with the service provided. But I am not at all happy with food and products they used for cleaning tables!!

Initially when they cleaned tables the liquid they used have a strong bleach smell which stayed for so much time!! After that, I spilled water by mistakenly and they helped us cleaning the table with a white cloth!! But the smell of cloth is not at all good!! So that smell added up to the table!! So we changed our table and sat in a different place!!

Drinks: Both of the drinks are good!! Food: I liked only broccoli vegetarian dish other than that everything is not good !! We ordered panini chicken, fish and fries, black bean veggie burger, chicken quesadilla: not good!! Fish is almost burnt, and others doesn’t taste good !!

My overall experience is ok!! One good thing it’s a late night open...
