A breath of fresh air as far as customer service goes!!!! I was originally going to go to the Port of subs nearby, but after them turning off their signs and locking their doors right after parking my car remembered that Jersey Mike’s was nearby so I drove over to here to order my favorite sandwich the number 13! I walked in and was immediately greeted with smiles (the fact I could see both of the gentlemen’s smiles from behind their masks, is saying something!!) as I was looking at the menu to make sure that I did not want anything else besides my number 13 that I always get, one of the gentleman came over and asked what I would like and started making my sandwich. Then he started having a conversation with me…. about my day!!!!!!!!! No one these days asks how your day has been because, people just seem to have lost their caring nature because of this pandemic, but not the gentleman that took my order!!! He was so kind and we got into chatting enough to the point that I totally forgot to ask if I could add pickles to my sandwich and asked right before they were about to cut my sandwich they took the top part of bread off and put pickles on the sandwich for me and then I asked if I could also add mayo because it doesn’t come with Mike’s way and they put mayonnaise on my sandwich and also made sure it was enough!! (Again most competitors don’t ever ask) I am beyond pleased with the attitudes that I saw tonight! It brings a tear to my eyes… literally!! I did not think to ask for either of their names, but to the two gentlemen that were working at Jersey Mike’s subs in Mill Creek tonight January 21, 2022, I would like to tell you both from the bottom of my heart thank you so much for the way that treated me, and made me feel valued as a customer you both clearly know how to show customers you care about each and every one that walks through that door that you care about more than just taking their orders, but of them as humans keep up the amazing work, and these two seriously deserve a major raise!!!! You can bet I...
Read moreNot sure what the negative reviews are about. My experience was exceptional. It was opening on a Sunday and football season just started. Not just opening season, but a home game , and against the 49’ers. Needless to say they are going to be busy! I was amazed at all the prep work the staff did. The manager is a delightful young man named Mark, who informed me he’s been there for hours to get the food ready. You can see by the pile of bacon that he did ALOT of prep work. The tomatoes were equally high and everything was very clean. These are the things people don’t see behind the scenes.
My order was for 10:15 am, and I arrived early at 10:08, a little after opening. He apologized for it not being ready. Huh?? But I was early?? Never had someone apologize for doing their work. But again, super polite. Acknowledges I’m important as a customer.
Mark was in the middle of making one of my orders while his coworker Katie was just a diligent with my other order. They were friendly, cared about my orders, and was taking care of the store with all the numerous orders coming in. They made me feel welcomed and made one hell of a sandwich!! When I got home we were really happy with our order. The care that was put into it was great! Good presentation, good taste, but even better was the staff! The owners of this location would be wise to keep that young man as...
Read moreI loved my sandwich. I ordered the number 8, ham, turkey, cheese and bacon. I really recommend that you go to the shop to order your sandwich instead of ordering online. It only takes a few extra minutes to order it at the shop and that way you will get exactly what you want. The first person ask what you want and puts the meat and cheese on. The next person does the veggies and condiments and the next person rings you up. If you are there you tell them what you want as they are making your sandwich, more lettuce or none. Same with tomatoes, pickles mayo etc. If you order online there is no way for them to know what you want. Some people like lots of mayo and some don't and if you are there you can tell them what you want. I had saw a sandwich on TV that was supposed to be the best in the world, but it was in N.Y., so I found Jersey Mike's online and tried it. My sandwich looked just like the one on TV and it tasted like it was the best sandwich...
