This establishment cannot handle when the girl messes up 3 Times in a row as a non important customer you can tell the girls don't listen. I was made fun of my domestic violence that happened to me and the owner and her family laughed and told me to get beat again by my boyfriend. they support domestic violence!!! and can't handle criticism when they make a drink wrong . I worked at Walmart baby if you can't handle angry customers don't work with people. Girl laughed told me she didn't care what I thought and didn't care my drink was wrong she didn't. Remember me . I mostly love it and like the girls that acknowledgeme as a customerwhile Im presently there. I have a simple drink and I'm a non demanding customer. Unfortunately some are great batista s and some barely talk to me and will talk to people they know in the other window ignoring me basically. Maybe I'm not young or cool enough. You can always see someone talking about a customer while watching the clear body language and head movements while their back are to you. It isn't secret or hidden. Turbo espresso isn’t TURBO. This coffee stand takes longer than any other coffee place I have ever been too. I’ve given this place 1,2,3 to many chances and every time I have to leave otherwise I’m late to work and I’ve stayed in line for 20+ minutes without the car in front of me leaving. I believe it’s because there is only one person working and they have to help one window before the other but the line gets LONG. You need more staff even on weekdays for the mornings!!!!
