Unity Coffee Company — Restaurant in Mill Creek

I frequent Cafes and Coffee stands throughout WA. I judge these places on three things: vibes, house roast and food.

Coffee & House Roast: Their house-roast is dissapointingly bad. I was told by a former employee that their "house-roast" is indeed grocery store Coffee with their brand on it and repackaged. That's not Coffee, that's a scam. As far as other drinks go, they're alright; I do feel they have one of the best Mochas in the game but fall short on most of their other drinks.

I would recommend lotus' however they are overiced on purpose and if you request for lite ice, they'll argue the point.

Pricing is a huge issue at both Unity Coffee locations; it shouldn't cost you 10 with tip for a 12oz Coffee and 12 for a 16oz lotus. They leave a sign saying it's due to inflation however I feel that's more of a greedy marketing tactic.

Food: Macrina re-sell and Burrito bros, boring.

Vibe: There is no good vibe, it feels like the stands are compensating both with their over abundance of decorations, lack of wanting to know their customers outside of making a sell and the color of both stands are so bland.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with Unity - it takes the place of #1 worst Coffee stand in all of WA for me. The only thing keeping Unity at 2 stars is their Mocha and the effort they do put into themed lotus drinks.

Verdict: don't go here, they just want to make a sell and not build a community or...

Michelle makes the best coffee drinks!! Her customer service is top notch!! Everyone at this location gives great customer service however, Michelle makes the best drinks. I gave a 4 on food because they don’t offer any dairy free options for any of the breakfast sandwiches. I also gave a 4 on atmosphere because they allow walk ups to order on the side meant for drivers now I gotta wait for some long winded lady to finish her conversation standing in...

While passing through town, I was in dire need of a caffeine pick up. Thankfully Unity Coffee came to the rescue. The barista was extremely friendly, talkative and had great recommendations. I went with an iced oat milk with toasted marshmallow syrup and now it’s my new favorite drink. Why do such simple coffee shakes all have the best coffee?! Not to mention, the barista even took the time to write a cute message in our cups....
