La Costa Taqueria #1 — Restaurant in Washington

Another food truck to rate, this one is in Everett parked on a shell gas station. I got asada and al pastor tacos and as you can see the portions were relatively large!. Which is good and cant complain, but because the rajn i had to take the food to go. Tables and seat were wet. Although on a nice day i would dine in. The food itself i would say is one of my favorites trucks. The meat was cooked perfectly and the pastor was nice and juicy. Again no pineapple im starting to think that's not a good thing here in Washington. Tortilla were made perfectly and loved when you take that bite and you got the meat falling from the tortilla. You know is good. I would definitely recommend this truck. Price was fair i paid about $14 for 4 tacos. They do have a card pos so no need to pull out any cash. Another day another truck for me. Food is good but the service is down right hostile since they moved across the street and started accepting cards. You need to advertise prices better and I’m tired of being treated poorly when I decide not to tip on the already high prices. Requesting sauce after not tipping nearly resulted in a verbal argument. 2 sauces for 2 burritos and 3 tacos? I had to repeatedly ask for more and in total I left with 2 green and 2 reds. Hand written note stating extra sauce is $1? Are you kidding me? Give an appropriate amount in the first place! I love this place and have been coming for years but I’m tired of the rude service and hostility surrounding the sauces. I sound crazy but it’s happened too many times...

I was walking around and found myself next to this Mexican food truck. I wanted to eat a burrito so I ordered a carnitas burrito. It took about 5 to 10 minutes to get my food. From ordering to getting my burrito. I walked about 45 minutes to my destination holding my burrito. It was a cold day but when I got to my destination, my burrito was still warm. It tasted great and I ate it rapidly. I was not disappointed with the taste. I highly recommend this food truck if you are ever anywhere near it and hungry. It is a good substitute for fast food. The prices are a little high from ordering from a food truck but won't break the bank. Try it and give it...
