Thought I would order dinner for the family based upon so many 5 star reviews. BEWARE: Waited over 30 minutes after promised time for a pickup order. Arrived on time and told more than 10 times that order would be ready in 2-3 minutes. Over 30 minutes later, still waiting. FOOD: Naan is really bad. Have never had such terrible naan from a restaurant before. It was super heavy/dense and dry. Just the worst naan we've ever tasted. Trader Joe's naan is waaay better. Usually naan from restaurants is fresh, light, and sometimes sweet. Big disappointment! Portions are TINY. $20+ for a tiny container (maybe 6 oz., looked like the size of a yogurt container) of Butter Chicken/Tikka Masala. There was only 4-6 piece of chicken within each container. Flavor was meh and tasted like sliced thin chicken pieces dropped into the sauce. So, really NOT GOOD! Samosa not filled completely and flavor also meh. Tasted like a warmed up samosa that was fried much earlier. Chicken Momo is a green curry flavor though it is not included within the description. Skin on the momo was huge and sticking to itself since it was so under-stuffed. Needs more filling/momo. Chicken skewer was decent but not very flavorful. Tables/seating was weird. Ambience was bad. Felt like table and chairs were just quickly thrown into the space and not arranged properly. Need to invest in decorations and learn system to get food to customers at promised time. Nearby on Broadway Ave. in Burlingame there is a MUCH better Himalayan restaurant. Seating arrangement and ambience is SO much better, and definitely the food too. I would give this restaurant 5 stars all around. Night and day difference from Momo and Curry in Millbrae. Overall, a huge disappointment.

I recently visited this amazing Nepali restaurant and had such a wonderful time! The Chicken Tandoori Momo were absolutely delicious—perfectly steamed, packed with flavor, and so juicy. If you're a meat lover, you have to try their Skewer Combo—it was mouthwatering with just the right balance of spices! (best combined with 'Timur Beer'). The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made our meal even more enjoyable. My friend and I left already planning our next visit, especially to check out their buffet specials. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Nepali food in a great atmosphere, this is the spot! Highly recommend—I’ll definitely be back! 😊🍽️

Came here for a birthday date with the husband and for 2 apps and 2 entrees. I loved the tikka masala momos - I'm not great with spicy so got them as mild and the sauce was creamy, spiced, and a hint of sweetness. The goat curry was also excellent in the dinner set! Also appreciate that the masala chai, while premixed with milk is NOT pre sweetened so you can pick your sweetness level.

Husband got the chicken 65, very spicy and biryani, spicy. He's finishing the leftovers of the biryani now.

The chicken 65 was AMAZING!! Excellent balance of spices, and alone it was not too spicy so I tried a bit. The very spicy comes from the side sauce - described by husband as a hint of creaminess and a complex, deep spicy, not just straight heat. Basically, the good stuff.

The staff were super kind...

From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed. The momos were absolute perfection—soft, flavorful, and paired with the perfect dipping sauce. The veggie Manchurian was a standout, with just the right amount of spice and that rich, savory flavor that keeps you coming back for more. And the samosas? Crispy, golden, and packed with perfectly seasoned filling—easily some of the best we’ve ever had.

The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel special. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a celebratory night out. Portions are generous, and the value for the quality is unbeatable.

If you’re in Burlingame and want authentic Nepalese flavors with top-notch service, this restaurant is a must. We can’t wait to return and...
