First the employees seemed to be put out of their way by breaking there conversation in order to take my order. then my total came to $4.19 for a coffee, and a bannana, So I gave her a twenty dollar bill, a dollar in quarters, a dime, a nickle, and four pennies. $21.19 She gave me a ten, and a five back. I then proceeded to calmly explain how she owes me two dollars, she quickly lost her temper, telling me that I received the correct change. Her coworker came over, and told her that she owed me a dollar, and I said I need two dollars. this other woman went into a rage. I was trying to explain that 21.19 - 4.19 = 17, they refused to see, and hear what I was saying, only to hear their own ego insist that they were right. I pulled out my phone, and used the calculator to prove my point. This increased the anger between the two women. Now the first women after looking at the calculation realized that she was wrong, and gave me the other dollar, and then explained to the 2nd women what had happened; the second women said oh I thought you only gave her $20.19, after I had stated several times that amount of $21.19. This proves that the 2nd women was more focused on her own voice of being right rather then listening to the customer. This purchase was made on 03/08/2014 between 6am, and 7am
I only hope that these two women learn from this, and treat others with a little more respect. I would of rated this a one star, but do not care for the word hate, so I...

Well prior to a long drive to SoCal, I decided to 'fill up.' It was the afternoon so I was in and out. But what struck me as odd as I was headed southbound on the 101 approaching the 152, was that it was kinda' flat tasting. I have never found that to be the case with their coffee. We should be mindful though that we're still knee deep in the COVID 19 era. Thus, things are going to be a little different in regards to customer services and produce. Of course they're...
Read moreI ordered an iced drink but received a hot one because the person who took my order entered it wrong. When I let the barista know, she said the system showed it as hot and could remake it, which was fine. Then another staff member handed me the new drink and told me I should “ask nicely next time,” even though I was polite and simply clarified that I did order it iced. I didn’t raise my voice or say anything rude, yet somehow I was treated like I was at fault. Mistakes happen, but the staff should take responsibility and remind their team! not imply the customer is wrong. I even tipped, but the overall experience was...
