Ravioli’s Italian Cuisine — Restaurant in Millbury

Visiting from Arizona, friends said they were taking us to a restaurant with the Best Italian food, the friendliest owner and great staff. Raviolis hit the mark on all of these. Don’t be fooled by the exterior; for this desert rat, it gives off the vibes of a seafood restaurant. But once inside, the aroma of delicious Italian and other mouth watering scents lets you know it’s the right place. The owner Jose, was making his rounds greeting his customers and stopped at our table. He is very personable and cares about the quality of the food coming from his kitchen. The calamari is to die for. We always have the typical fried calamari but Jose adds a light sauce with pepperoncinis that is fabulous. I’d go there again just for that. The portions are generous the prices are reasonable. The food is delicious. We didn’t have pizza but saw it is baked in a traditional pizza oven and by the looks of them they had to be the best; based on the number of boxes going out the door in pick up orders. If you want really good Italian food or other American dishes in a restaurant with a great atmosphere, the nicest and friendliest owner and wait staff you really should visit Raviolis. We will be back on our next trip...

Ordered delivery. Bruschetta is not bruschetta. It is a pocketless pita with cheese and olives. Ordered boneless Buffalo wings with extra Buffalo sauce. Wings were not good and we did not get the extra sauce. Ordered a wrap, received a different wrap. When I called to tell them, he argued with me for ten minutes telling me I ordered incorrectly. When he received my email of the screenshot of their online menu, he told me he would send me the correct item. It's now been an hour and I haven't received anything. Update: Called to say I no longer wanted the correct wrap after waiting over an hour, 2 hours since I originally ordered. They said the only way they would refund me is if I drove there and they gave me cash which I know is a load of BS. I also saw in a review from 5 months ago that someone had the exact same problem that I did, so they are well aware of the problem and basically called me a liar. I've had to start a dispute with my CC company. These people have zero integrity or customer service. Spend your hard earned...

This is our second time ordering from Raviolis. The first time delivery was quick. We got a chicken bacon ranch sub and a steak and cheese. The chicken was grilled and chewy, not the best. My husband likes his steak and cheese but the steak had little to no seasoning. This time, We ordered just a plain cheese pizza which was good but as a side we ordered the greek pasta salad listed on the menu.

The paper menu and the online menu has no description of what comes with the dish. So i assumed a “pasta salad” is a normal elbow pasta with cucumber tomatoes and greek salad dressing. Maybe a specific cheese mixed in too. Well…we received a greek salad with legit spaghetti on top. Which was extremely cold and soggy. Greek salad dressing on the side….i mean i can’t even be mad as my husband and i just died laughing but like seriously? Never have i ever got this as a “pasta salad”.
