Sleep Number — Hotel in Millbury

I am underwhelmed with the options Sleep Number is giving its customers. I went in with my adult son to look for beds. We each purchased a Queen size bed with base. His delivery was not successful because his base didn’t fit the stairs, and there is no option around it. His house is an average size home built in the late 1980’s, not too old and regular average size! How can there be no options??? We were not warned ahead of time about this. He waited 3-4 weeks for a Sleep Number technician to come evaluate, and there is no option for him unless he wants to pay a ton more money to get 2 split twins! My delivery was today and they only haul away mattress and box spring at additional cost but won’t take the frame of the old bed. I had to move it myself!!! Very poor service for sure and customer service is extremely poor! Our experience at the store on 2/8/25 was great otherwise but we wished all these potential problems were discussed...

From the minute I walked into the sleep number store I knew I had made the right decision. I was welcomed by Theresa. She explained all the beds to me and gave me all the time in the world to try out what I needed to try out. I didn’t feel rushed and I could ask any question I wanted and she was able to answer all of them. She also helped me pick out a pillow to accompany my bed.

We receive delivery of the bed and unfortunately, my pump had a little bit of a malfunction. I was able to call helpline and a tech was sent out and the pump was replaced. The next week I received a call from Theresa because she was aware that tech had been out. She called to make sure everything worked out OK and to see if I would need any more assistance. Talk about top-notch customer service!!
