Would not recommend for online ordering to be picked up in store. Last week I ordered BUCKETS. Literally just 6 buckets.
I arrived: They told me they cancelled the order because the wrong color came up despite ordering the correct color and the picture matching this online. No phone call, no email. They did not cancel the order and I received no email or phone call. Seeing the charge was pending- I went to go pick up my order.
I went and then purchased the buckets in person now for a second time when they told me about the canceled order.
Next day the charge is still pending. I call corporate customer service who informs me the order was actually never cancelled.
Basically: lied to me in person, allowed me to be charged twice, didn’t refund my order when I called the store and I had to call corporate customer service about it, and lied to me the entire time about what they were doing in store about it.
Specifically would not recommend for any shopping other than going in and out since they either don’t know what’s going on there/ feel the need to lie about it/ or both.

She honestly did not know and I u her stood. She said she was call someone. She basically called some one and basically signaled the salesman I was not buying anything. He came over to me and I was asking him all kinds of question, I could tell he could care less. Gave me one word answers about tires loads bearings. All important question. He even went so far as refusing to bring me over to tires or discuss it because there are so many. I just wanted to check out prices. I was angry and left pissed off. Once they new I was not buying anything at the time, the could have cared less and beive .e he showed it. One I get my trailer and need item, I may take all my business to Westborough, MA even though I am 5 minutes from Milbury, I may give all my allegiance Westboro. Read moreI've been picking up pellets for my stove at this location since moving to Millbury. I chose a nation wide business because the locals here don't seem to be welcoming of new people to the area and national companies have general customer service standards. I don't buy a lot, so I don't expect anyone to bend over backwards for me. I buy my pellets in advance and ask for assistance loading up. Normally I visit during the week and regularly interact with 2 associates that are very nice to everyone. Unfortunately I ran out of pellets on a weekend and had a run in with an associate that apparently either did not like my face or is one of the Millbury locals that just don't like new people in as a rule.
