Ever had a craving for a deli sandwich, you grab one from a place that gives you little to no meats, scant toppings and charges way more than it was worth! You are left feeling like you got ripped off and you're still hungry!! Well let me tell you about a little gem that should be called the heart of Murray I have driven by this adorable place for years and always said one day I would stop!! Why the heck did I wait so long!!! Dont waste your time and money on the big franchise sandwich shops Mediterranean Market is where its at if you want a true deli sandwich!! I should have taken a photo, but once you take that first bite you can not stop yourself!! I will post a pic next time if I can control myself!! Look no futher folks, we only live once, treat yourself to an amazing sandwich! The environment is a super cute little ma' and pa' shop vibe with items to purchase from the market and an amazing little place to sit and have lunch! The prices absolutely match the amount of food you are getting! We got a full size club sandwich for my husband they put plenty of bacon and avocado and a half sausage sub for me!! Husbands a big eater and was stuffed and well satisfied 😌 I only ate half of mine and was full! This is the place folks, this is the place!! BTW, I rarely taken time to do reviews...but this place earned my loyalty today and deserves a moment for an excellent review!!...

We recently used the Mediterranean Market for party platters during Cocktail Hour at our Wedding. It was the most perfect choice ever! Caterers for weddings are very expensive and this option was very cost efficient and we felt like we got the most for our money. They were super easy to work with and helped us to figure out how many platters we needed for the amount of people we had. Their prices were great when we compared them to Grocery stores that offer the same platters. The platters were ready when they said they would be and looked perfect. I heard so many nice things from our guests about how delicious the food was. While we were at the deli, we had some spaghetti which was also to die for! Then it got better because they gave us a sample of gelato and it was the best! I would highly recommend anyone to use this deli to cater their event and also a spot to get some really good food! I’ve lived in the area for a while and wondering why I had not been to this place sooner! I’ll start with service, the ladies working here are so nice. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome! Each interaction with their guests were like they were family, and I feel like these types of interaction are rare.

With it being a warm day, we tried some cold sandwiches and they did not disappoint. We had an Italian with bacon (full size) and a Caprese with red peppers added (half). Both were delicious. They also have these house made cookies that are worth it so make your meal a combo.

We didn’t try their house made pasta salads or potato salad, but the looked so good. We’ll certainly be back!
