Honestly if it weren't for how dang good the bread bowls are, I would avoid ordering from here at all costs. Last week I ordered one online for my husband to pick up on his way home around 10. He said when he arrived at dominos, all the employees were out in the parking lot smoking with about 10 cars lined up playing music and they seemed bothered to have to go in to help him. He picked it up and came home for me to discover it was in a tin, not a bread bowl. So we called. And sat on the phone for 7 minutes before they answered. Clearly too busy smoking on the curb. They offered him a replacement, and a comp. So we head over to pick it up and the music party was gone but the girl working hadn't started the food because she thought he was just going to take a comp. He was like no, I told you "I'll be there in a few minutes." Anyways 15 mins later we were finally on our way home. We thought we'd give it a try tonight again and after a 3 minute wait, someone answered "Dominos please hold" and put me on hold before I got a word out. I was already ordering online because it was taking too long to speak to someone so I hung up and we made our way over to dominos. It was about 5 minutes after we placed the order and were halfway there that they called and said they were out of pasta. The guy was hardly apologetic either. The inconsistencies at this place kill me. They're seemingly short staffed and it's apparent that they need to train their staff to answer the phone quickly and professionally, as well ask being prepared for business later at night by having an extra hand on. Food gets a solid 4 stars, customer service...

I ordered my pizza on line at 10:30 pm, store hours on line and on the actual store entrance said they were open until 12am so I got to the store at 10:50 to pick up my order but the store was closed and the lights turned off so as I was trying to figure out why they were closed two of the employees walked out from the back and it looked like the two employees were fighting and arguing with each other so moments later one of them opened the door and walked right pass me with out acknowledging me even though it was clear I was there to pick up my order so I walked inside and looked at the other one to say I need to pick up my order but before I had a chance to say anything she said they were closed so I told her it says you guys are open until 12 and why would I be able to put an order in online if your store is closed but all she said in respond was idk but we’re closed so I walked back to my car and before I left the other employee walked out where the other one was and started yelling at each other for a little bit again and both walked to their car and pilled off, burning out their tires leaving the parking lot. Very unprofessional, rude, and disgraceful. If I was the store manager reading this review I would immediately fire both of them and I really hope the store manager does because employees like that, closing the business early at their own convenience, fighting each other in front of paying customers and worse of all treating and disrespecting customers like that don’t deserve to be employed at this establishment or any other...
