i ordered online friday and went in at the designated time. they were slammed and didn’t start making my food until i got there. understandable for a Friday night so I sat for a while and watched the whole line get helped and sit or leave. I asked again if my order was ready and they said they were working On it still. So I went and browsed the aisles of the dollar store and came back, thinking it was definitely done. Still not done other people had come and left. A man came in with his order and said his sandwiches were all wrong, so when I finally got my order, I checked the sandwiches and sure enough I was missing bacon. when I let the kids know, They ignored me. when I reminded them they started putting a raw pan of bacon in the oil, so I grabbed the bags and left. Well Jersey Mike's I'd like to say thank you for our first time visit, as it will be our last! We weren't greeted, one of your employees told me to go to the end of the line to order, (I was trying to read the menu to my elderly mother) there was only 1 other couple that came in behind us, and I let them go ahead, so that we weren't holding anyone up. After ordering, one of your other employees was sweeping the floor, dragging the table and chairs loudly across the floor, when my mom asked her if she really needed to do that, as it was hurting her ears, she slammed the chair into the table and stormed off behind the counter. Complaining about us to another employee, they turned and stared at us, making us uncomfortable, my mom just wanted to leave! We finished eating, and as we went to leave, not a thank you for coming in, goodbye, wave, smile, nothing! I've been in customer service for 35 years, and they should all be ashamed! I will never...

I went in for the first time. I rarely ever go out of my way to get any sort of sandwiches when I choose to eat out. Right as I walked in was a lively atmosphere of the entire place. Right music, it matched the entire place. I should mention it was CLEAN which definitely earns a lot of points. People working there were incredibly nice and willing to help with recommendations for someone coming in the first time. The food was PHENOMENAL. I don’t quite remember what I got. I think a number 13 with the additions to make it spicy since I’m a sucker for spice. First bite was incredible, never had anything like it. I’m not in the area often because I reside in tooele but I wouldn’t mind driving back to come in again. Would definitely recommend...
