I rolled up hot off the wake of a bad experience at BK days before. I was ripe with attitude and entitlement. Arriving to the mic I was met with the industry standard recorded offer/greeting to try some kind of “flavor of the month” meal to which I swiftly declined… honestly because it’s annoying af and I want to give my order to a human. I knew what I was craving long before I decided on brand… 2 delicious fast food burgers, extra lettuce, add bacon, add tomatoes.
I asked how the tomatoes looked today and if one slice would cover the patty or should I order double extra toms.
I was told The tomatoes look good and that it would cover the patty. I responded with OK great, just so you know I’m coming off a bad experience with another burger place and I’m gonna check. If the tomato doesn’t cover the patty, I’m going to come in and get that fixed. So just saying I’d rather pay for extra-extra now rather than have to walk in from the drive thru and get it fixed.
At the window my guy indicated he checked with the burger crafting station (my words, not his) to verify the tom covers the patty. I showered him with thanks and we quickly commiserated over how fast food burgers look nothing like advertised.
In the end… NAILED IT. Well done. Feasted in my car in the parking not while I...
Read moreThe customer service here is as good as it gets these days. Gave us courtesy cones while waited. White Sauce is so good. Their taco salad is best ever had. Try a strawberry banana or chocolate banana shake you won’t regret it. The soft serve ice cream in vanilla, chocolate or twist is so good. Lime Rickey is so refreshing (always makes me imagine it’s what the fizxy lifting drink in Willy Wonka would taste like).
Last time there got Cheeseburgers they were subpar pretty bland. Lots of their delicious white & fry sauce helped add flavor. The courtesy cones are a nice touch. But wild flavors we tried weren’t good the blueberry and raspberry soft serve.
Miss days when came here got two taco salads, 4 soft serve cones or 2 shakes & a Lime Rickey for less than 20 bucks. We would eat here once or twice a week. These days one taco salad, 1 shake or 2 cones & 1 Lime Rickey costs about that. But it’s not them that’s just the times everywhere...
Read moreIf you're not really open until 10, change the hours on your sign please :(. I got there at 9:53, waited for 5 minutes in the drive-thru with another guy waiting behind me, and then they finally told me it was closed (still before 10:00). I asked if they closed at 10 and they said yes, and that it was currently 10:01. My smart phone, watch, and car clock all had 9:57 still. Disappointed. I left work and went there quickly because I don't have time to eat dinner until after work and most places close by then. Sad I didn't get anything to eat tonight, even though I got there before they were supposed to close.
I understand the workers want to get home (I was a waitress for 5 years, I get it), but PLEASE don't close early. If a customer gets there before your stated closing time, you should serve them. That's customer service. Waiting 5 more minutes makes very little difference to you as a worker, but could make a large difference...
