The food was cold by the time i got it and sat at the table with my family. It took almost 10 minutes just to order with one 1 person infront of us to order inside. The cashier was clearly new and the "trainer" was unhelpful and snobby toward the new person. Almost seemed the trainee was afraid to ask him for help, understandably. When the new person was frantically searching for the proper buttons to push the guy would stand behind him with a disgusting smirk on his face almost laughing at the new person. Absolutely unnacceptable trainer. The trainer should be demoted and not aloud to train new people. If hes a managers then the GM needs to be called asap. Ive never had cold food or bad service before this. Its always been excellent. We come in often enough to know if somethings been done about the trainer. If it is id be happy to change my review. I just didnt know how to contact the higher ups reguarding this issue. To the trainee: Im so sorry for what you went through on this day. I promise most jobs wouldn't allow you to sink during your training. They'd help you and show you the ropes. You were polite and apologized several times to me and my family. Went through the drive through today (8/22/22) and ordered a grilled chicken sandwich, with extra honey mustard because that stuff slaps!! There was some confusion about my order but they got it worked out fine. Took my food home and sat down for a delicious late lunch. The first bite then revealed that my delicious looking grilled chicken sandwich was in fact cooked on the rare side. And I don’t know about the people working at this Wendy’s location, but I know that consuming undercooked chicken is quite bad for your health. I drove ALL THE WAY back to this Wendy’s location, told the lady at the drive through speaker my situation and I was told to pull around to the window. The lady there, I’m assuming she’s a manager, told me that they couldn’t do anything for me because I didn’t have a receipt (which, I should add, wasn’t even offered to me when I paid for my food).

Also, make sure to double check that you received EVERY element to your meal before driving away. I've regularly ordered the same salad (Apple Pecan Chicken) and have had 4 separate instances of them neglecting to put the bag of pecans in my order. I parked, walked inside the 3rd time this happened, and asked if that particular salad comes with pecans. The shift manager on duty stared and me and passed me the nuts without much ado.
