10-11-20. 6:15pm -7:20pm. Waited a hour in drive thru for the order to be wrong and the manager to be talking to customers and making pizzas without a mask. I normally like dominos had a few times with wrong orders but no big deal. Won’t be coming back after this though.

So I drove over for a pick up order after waiting till it was on the baking part of the tracker. Got here and it said the order was under quality check at 6:24 pm. The lady (Kylee) at the window after not answering the window for ten minutes then told me the order was not done yet. And to pull over to the side and they would bring it out. I waited till 7:14. 50 minutes in the drive thru line before going inside to complain and see what’s happening? They said here’s your order right here. I checked the order right there and it was luke warm and one of the pizzas was not thin crust. I then asked for a refund. And kyles called over to the manager to assist me.

The little blonde girl manager was not wearing a face mask when she approach me and I told her she should be and she said yes sir. And didn’t go and get one or anything. Then asked why I wanted a refund saying she just got here. I said I was in the drive thru line for 50 minutes and finally came inside and they didn’t even make the order correct so I was going to eat else where. She tried to tell me the pizza was right and I was like I can show you right here it’s not. And asked why they don’t update their tracker so they don’t waste people’s time. She said the tracker screen was broke. So they couldn’t update it. And that they were really backed up. I then asked her name and she told me she was not required to give me it. And I was just said I’d leave a review with the date and time as to which she was manager and how she wasn’t even wearing a...

Update 10/6/23: Ordered 2 pepperoni stuffed cheese breads. Said 20 to 30 mins, arrived on time when it should have been finished, I've been waiting for more than 30 mins after that. They aren't getting receipts printed so pizzas are piling up and they have no idea where they go. Again, probably the most dysfunctional I've seen a kitchen before. Also, the store is dirty, the windows and windowsill are gross.

These workers desperately need a raise and they need to hire more people. Did an online order and when I came in to pick it up the woman working at the time was so frazzled I could feel the stress and anger permeating off of her. She started telling people that their orders were going to take possibly 3 hours to make because they were so far behind. I got lucky and one employee told me my order was in process so I didn't have to wait TOO long, maybe 15 mins? But that was after arriving at the designated pickup time.

They weren't answering the phone, the woman I mentioned (not sure if she was a manager or not) was trying to bark orders because she seemed confused by what was in process and what was in the list to make. It was a very bad experience just watching all of the employees fumble around and not know what was already made, what was in the oven, and what needed to get done. They started to pretty much ignore people walking in the door because they didn't want to take any more orders as backed up as they were.

Despite the disheartening experience watching the employees scramble, the pizzas were made perfectly and the lava cakes were good, though, don't waste your money on the lava cake.
