Everytime I order during the night, it's wrong or missing something. I call and complain about the young girla who have hickey on their neck, ZERO customer service, and overall quality of my experience. They've never offered to replace my food, nor do I ask them to. But I spend easily $250/ month at that specific McDonald's.. Over the last 2 weeks theyve not been in my order , were made wrong, or i got the wrong order completely and it's gotta be $20 in food. The girls on night shift are so rude. Last night they gave me extra drinks and food that I told them wasn't mine and they laughed at me and said i was stupid (talking to each other about me as if I wasn't there) loud enough for me to hear and said i ordered it wrong or it was rung up wrong but I had the receipt with the correct order AND had the guy at the first window you pay at confirm and read it back. They didn't want to listen to me or get a manager. Finally I tell a manager and she didn't, one know what was happening, and two told me I was running the drive thru time up and if I had a complaint to pull forward and I just left because I was so unhappy and ny kids witnessed the behavior. You need to fire the young girl light skin, dark hair, hickeys all on neck and her friend next to her because the only thing stupid about me is NOT reporting her to corporate, the BBB, and TN consumer protection and enforcement agencies . McDonald's is a billion dollar business but I can't get my food replaced? Ok. If i spend $75/ week (probably more) that's $3600/ year in lost revenue. Is a child to immature and inexperienced to have customer service skills and show some professionalism more important than my business ? You can see the prejudgement and assumptions on the communities face... but otherwise there were nice people as well. My favorite restaurant is BabyJacks where they offer the best smoked meat ribs salads french fries tea it's just delectable and drive thru ready ... this a good Crossway into Mason Tennessee where there also alot of fun... I want to try Donut USA. Do NOT DO NOT go to the nail shop there. They do not acknowledge loyalty, big tips, and will require you to pay 3 dollars for a nail break 2 days after service. Yeah. I tipped them 30 dollars twice came every two weeks. Then the last time I went the man said he didn't remember doing my nails and that I owed him 3 dollars for a broken nail and his daughter started loud talking me after arguing with another woman in the salon and being approached by the wing owners for taking down their business sign. A whole mess. McDonald's is nice there is alot of older women running that place so expect fresh food, fast service and the ice-cream machine to always work...oh and correct change. Love it!... at Tacobell they are the best Tacobell experience I've ever had. My husband loves them and gets 42 dollars worth of items there frequently. Hi it's us !! The no lettuce family ... lol ummm yeah Dollar General have great finds you can't find unless you're looking on Amazon. Crazy right!! And Sonics is awesome. There employees are fantastic and their food is always hot and fresh. Good stuff!! Appling Crossing service wise is nice, just don't go to the nail shop in the same lot...
Read moreDon't walk in and put the employees day down. I walked in with my family and wasn't greeted by anyone. Said goodmorning to the cashier and had no response. Only thing they said was is that all while I was trying to complete my order. Once it was order up I had to ask if that was all the bags instead of them telling me it was ready. I got to my vehicle to realize part of my order was missing. I walked back in and another customer was already waiting to be served with no cashier in sight. The same cashier came out of the bathroom and didn't acknowledge either of us, as slow as possible dried her hands and didn't say anything to the customer in front of me and just slapped the screen and looked at her. The customer in front just walked out. I asked for my complete order and they never apologized or said a single word. Absolute worst customer service experience. But it's McDonalds so what's really going to change? For what its worth I won't be coming here again, but what do they care being a billion...
