Kravings Pizza and Ice Cream — Restaurant in Millis

For a long time this has been my favorite eatery in town. For 8 years the 5 stars remained. It is unfortunate that on this night I have to change it after a few too many changes.

They recently started delivering which was a big WAHOO moment in our house. However after having delivery twice, we have experienced a couple downsides. 1- Their delivery driver does not receive the delivery instructions...I guess? 2- Because there is a lack of said instructions, instead the delivery driver will just walk around the perimeter of the house yelling "HELLOOOOOO". My instructions indicated where to just leave the order. There is none of that. He has to hand it to you directly. I'm sorry but the first time I was in meeting and the second I was in my pajamas. Please just leave it on the porch and leave.

The other problem I experienced for the first time tonight. They changed their honey mustard!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 It kept me coming back. Just enough sweet and spice and went perfect with their chicken. Now it tastes like some mayo mustard abomination.

Crazy expensive. The food was ok, nothing that blew me away or above a local pizza chain or anything, think of frozen burgers and tenders etc. I paid $21 for a cheeseburger and fries. I decided to get the icecream tubs in the freezer when you walk in. While the icecream was pretty good it was not worth almost $15 a tub. I think the moose tracks was over $15 as the total of 2 ice creams came to a little over $32. I know inflation is killing their industry but holy hell. No tub of icecream should be double digits. I’m sorry but I’ve been going here for years and I just can’t afford that. Also the burgers are much smaller now, about half the size. I usually split it with my dad for a little treat on the way home from Boston and I just can’t justify it in any way. The food here is always excellent. Tonight we ordered a cheeseburger sub, a large pizza and an order of wings. After the order was placed I wanted to change the wings from an appetizer to a basket so we could get fries. The girl was having trouble trying add the fries for $2.50 to equal the basket price but the computer would only add a small fri for $5.50. I decided I didn't want the fries for $5.50 and said to just keep the order as it was. I was fine with it knowing it wasn't her fault and we had plenty of food already coming. A few minutes later the owner or manager came over and said he added the fries. I wanted to pay for them but he said it was all set.
