I received , imo, the worst haircut in my entire life. It absolutely, clearly and unequivocally sucked. No attention to around my ears, uneven and no layers. I showed her a picture of how I’d like it. She took out the electric clippers and just went to town. No blending. It looks like a 1930 bad movie Bogart prisoner look…nothing on the sides and irregular tuffs of hair on the top. I use to joke that the difference between a good hair cut and a bad one is 10 days…not…it’s getting worse. It will take 2 months to get it long enough to undo what this place did. No lie the worst. I emailed and asked for them to call me …no response . I try to use google reviews to help and be positive. I’ve waited over a week to calm down before writing this but this is the worst. Absolutely fabulous salon! I have been doing my own hair for years because of bad salon experiences in the past and I had an appointment made for an olaplex treatment as a mothers day gift. When I arrived Nicole was ready to see me right away and after I told her I color my own hair I felt NO pressure to add a color correction to my services. I did add a cut and she made sure to consistently ask if I was comfortable with how much she was cutting. Nicole was fast, friendly, and fun. I had an excellent experience with Nicole. My hair hadn't been cut in 8 months and the last cut I got left my hair dead, flat, and ratty. Nicole knew exactly how to cut my hair (thick/coarse) and also made sure to understand what I was looking for. When the cut and dry were done, I couldn't stop smiling, my hair had life, it was healthy, the length was maintained and the shape was flattering. I would give her 10 stars if I could.
