This place is nasty.. the girl working the drive thru has on gloves touching everything. We were told to pull up so that they can bring our food out to us. When they finally brought our food to us, I opened my burger and the ketchup, mayo, and mustard was all over the outside of the bun squashed onto the sides and top of bun.. so I went inside and very nicely asked if I could get a fresh burger and the girl from the drivethru window was polite and said yes, but she began preparing my burger with the same gloves I observed her touching everything with from drivethru.. I asked her if she was gonna make my burger with those gloves she’s been touching everything with and she said no as she took her hand out the bag of buns, then proceeded to take gloves off.. I literally went to Hardee’s and threw away $30.. because I’m not eating the food from this nasty place! I would like the number for corporate, because the number that’s posted on the wall inside is the wrong number.. this place needs to be shut down...
Read moreOrder was right on the screen, had to wait a little longer than usual, fries were old and terrible. All sandwiches were wrong, had to go back in to fix that. One of the guys working in there felt the need to go back on the order log to see if I even had asked them to be plain(Which it was reflected on the receipt) so felt the need to argue with a customer because of his opinion versus facts. I gave this place another shot because I heard there was a newer crew working there but they are still terrible. The crew at the old location was always on point and now they can barely make a batch of fries. Delaware's Best Burger? I wanna know where this survey was conducted because the Millsboro, Georgetown, Seaford and Laurel locations are all garbage so they must not be taken into account. McDonalds right up the road from here is more consistent and careful with orders....
Read moreWhen you have a great experience I always love to share with everyone! It’s a reminder good service does exist. We went through the drive through and noted it was pretty busy. However, that did not stop who we later found out was Nina to be kind, take her time and explain some of the different food items available, especially one she could do for breakfast without egg. Her friendliness carried all the way through to her bringing our food out to the car. The food itself was hot and delicious. Very fresh! We totally enjoyed our Philly cheesesteak burrito without egg and the super sausage biscuit. Nice quick treat while on the go. Thank you again Ms. Nina, your kindness goes a very long way. We’ll make sure to come back to see you!! No pics we ate before...
