I rode 35 minutes with my son here for burgers to only get here at 9:15pm and be told they were closed .... but doors were unlocked and people still eating. The website said 10pm so you need to honor that or update your website... thats very misleading and very unprofessional. Seems more like someone was ready to leave early on a friday night instead of serve their customers. Whatever the case, I will take my business elsewhere.
So I called the number that was replied in my email. I spoke with shift leader Atul Patel. He did not assist in the situation at all there was no apology or anything or compensation. He stated there was nothing he could do and gave me a bogus email and no contact information for customer service or manager. I'm not sure who you have running this location but they do not know much about customer service. They closed and hour before the website. I asked him why he had no answer an stated that they will change the hours on the website. It takes max 15 minutes to cook a burger less to clean up. I will not be returning to this location. You need to reevaluate you service here. Or at least state on the web site that u stop taking...

The first thing the employees said was “dining room closes soon.” Then just stared at us. We were planning on quickly eating and heading out to go shopping since we are here on vacation and needed to grab a few nessesaties. The whole time we felt as if they were just pushing us out of the store. My family then placed their orders to then be told they wouldn’t do milkshakes and they weren’t doing any more melted cheese or bacon for the night running half my family’s order who ended up not ordering anything anyways. Not just because of the food but the employees had a fairly bad attitude. It was disappointing since they were only told this after they had entered the order into the pos then went to the next person thinking they’d make it. We ended up waiting roughly 20+ minutes before receiving the food. The food itself was fairly good. They further did this to every customer that came in after. Doordashers were also not getting what they ordered because they had quite a few things...

So here we go again below is my original review I received a reply from the owner giving me an email address to contact. Five emails yes five and not one reply. Company is a total scam not only does the Millsboro location not have employees, but apparently there is also no customer service at the fake email address the owner gave me. How can you email a company five times and receive no reply. This must be their way of getting rid of customers with this fake email address. Have contacted the better Business bureau there's nothing else you can do. What a lousy company.
