Dear McDonald's Customer Service,
I recently visited your store #21770 and was very disappointed with the condition of the dining area. The drink station was extremely filthy, the trash cans were overflowing, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was unacceptable.
What made matters worse was that the store manager, Veronica, was telling an employee to go in the back and wash the walls instead of addressing the mess out front—this was despite there being no customers waiting or needing assistance. It was clear the front area needed urgent attention, yet it was ignored.
As a loyal customer, I expect a clean and welcoming environment when I visit McDonald's. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate action is taken to improve cleanliness and staff priorities at this location.

Read moreThe ONLY thing that was nice about this McDonald's was the nice lady at the counter!!!!! Other than that the burger was just nasty. They were sold out of everything. Ice cream machine was broken. Shocking, I know. Lol. There were literally glue traps under the soda area. It was disgusting. They weren't that full but come on now! It was a very small dining area that was not cleaned ! Ughhhh. Just not enough seating. At one point the line was to the point that people were just standing face to face with us. It was very uncomfortable and felt dirty..... again the lady at the counter was very sweet and nice. It's not her fault. It's management. They should know how to order so they don't have this issue. Read moreSo, I stopped here for breakfast, and the service and attitude I got from the manager when I picked up my food at the drive-thru window was unprofessional and uncalled-for. Besides shoving my bag of food in my face, he forgot to give me my drink. The manager shuts the window, turns around, and starts having a hole conversation with 2 employees. I gently beep the horn to get his attention and he turns around with an attitude. I asked what's the attitude for, he replied that it's rude to beep the horn. So I asked him how was I going to get his attention without beeping the horn? He told me I could have waited.
