Called this place to order a half party tray and an Italian sub. I stated when placing my order that I wanted to tomatoes provolone salt pepper and oil on my Italian sub. The gentleman on the phone claimed that they put everything on the Italian subs so he would have to take multiple things off. I then stated I only want tomatoes provolone salt and pepper and oil. Seems simple enough to me... I then told him my wife can only have certain ingredients that's why I'm ordering the sub in this way. He followed by getting rude two times and continued asking me what I want on my sub as if he never heard my order. Blatantly an obviously being rude and playing games on the phone. So when I reacted to his rudeness he then told me I couldn't order anything and hung up the phone. I then called back and ask to speak to the manager which he claims he was the manager. So that I went on to ask to speak to the owner and he told me he is not obligated to let me speak to the owner. I would say if you want very rude service and an adolescent attitude and horrible customer service, you will definitely find it at this location. I've ordered from this location before and the food is really not that great. The pizza contains low grade cheese quality and the subs have mediocre meet. The only reason I was actually going to order from this place was because all my favorites in town are usually closed on Monday. There's definitely a reason that this place has 3.9 stars on Google. I will definitely be finding the owner's information and filling him out on the manager handling the phone calls at this place of business. I...

Honestly some of the worst food I've had in a very long time. There was no wait to be ordered but once we ordered we waited a good while for our food. The place looks horrible like no one took care of it. One of the two dining rooms was filled with janitorial supplies and pizza boxes. The other room just had a bunch of broken booths and tables. When they finally brought us our food I was disgusted. The lettuce had mildew on it and the "garlic bread" they gave us was just those little cans of dough you buy and throw in the over with jarred minced garlic and margarine soaking it. My spaghetti was not cooked correctly as some of it was still hard and other parts of it were overly soft. The pasta also tasted like it was cooked in bad water or something. The meatballs were disgusting. I would say they are the frozen meatballs you buy at BJ's, Costco, or Sam's Club. They also taste better during the samplings at the stores, haha. The sauce was okay, didn't taste like it was homemade or anything but it wasn't all that bad. It was very watery though. Went to the pizzeria and purchased a chicken and cheese quesadilla and a cold sub. I asked for CHICKEN AND CHEESE..why did they add onions and green peppers to it?! I did not ask for it. And then I call back once I got home and the young girl was just arguing with me and refused to replace my order told me kitchen is close..at 9:30pm. When it says they are open until 10pm..I have a medical condition and I can not have onions… why would I order something that I can not have? And then to spend 30.00 on 2 items is crazy. So I told them I will return tomorrow when they reopen…so now I don’t have what I ordered to eat. I am a paying patron. The customer service I received was very bad. I just want what I ordered or the proper food…I work too hard to be taken advantage of. Small claims and a police report to document …smh I will be giving them back their food...
