Stars for friendly customer service! But the desserts were lacking flavor all around. I’ll start with the pies I ordered (banana and coconut) First thing I need to note were the crusts. They were white- not golden, too thick, too flaky and too dry. The banana pie had a whipped cream filling with fresh bananas on the bottom and Carmel. The pie had bananas in it but somehow did not taste like a banana cream pie. I was expecting a banana custard with whipped cream on top. The whipped cream was not too sweet and I did like that but still I would not consider that a banana cream pie. I felt similarly about the coconut pie. There was barley any trace of coconut flavor and all I really tasted was that same whipped cream. I also ordered the lemon tart. It was zingy but it didn’t taste fresh and the custard was a little too runny. The fruit tart just lacked so much flavor. The custard tasted very similar to that whipped cream just thicker. We had 43 & Company cater our desserts for our wedding and it blew us away! From our first communication email with LikLing, we knew we would be in good hands. We opted for 6 different desserts (cream puffs, panna cotta, creme brulee, fruit tarts, cupcakes) and all our guests praised how moist and delicious everything was! Nothing was to sweet, nothing was dry, and everything tasted fresh. The pricing is very reasonable and they even offered to deliver and set-up our dessert table for our wedding. 43 & Company catered the desserts for our wedding. I was in communication with Likbin from the start, who provided all the necessary info to make the catering a success. The tarts were so well loved by our guests! I've already had multiple friends ask me where we got the tarts from :) The chocolate cream pies were portioned well and very decadent. Pick-up was easy too!

Their lemon tarts are my favorite and really the best - I tried different places for their tarts, and nothing could beat 43's cookie-like crust (not soggy, perfectly crisp like shortbread) and the tart lemoniness (I'm not a fan of sweet lemon - I like it sour!).
