Do not buy your ring or any jewelry from here. The people who work here are super dishonest. Jewelry is meant for happy occasions and this place basically ruined my entire engagement.

I bought my fiancés engagement ring from here. We picked something from the display. I was charged for it and they said they’ll order in his size. The sales person at the time was nice and said they’ll Let me hold onto the display ring in the meantime calling it a loaner. just in case the ring doesn’t get here in time for the party. Everything seemed fine.

When the ring came in, I was obviously excited . It was a completely different ring. The color was black we ordered a grey one .My fiancé didn’t want a black engagement ring and that wasn’t what I ordered.

I had the loaner in hand to compare the two . See the photo. The manager of the store apologized and said that the grey ring may have been discontinued and the supplier just sends the next option since she’s simply entering in a skew to order .

I was sad as the engagement was nearing, she said let me try to order again. If it’s discontinued we’ll give you a REFUND. As she should.

Several weeks passed and I didn’t get the ring. I went into the store and said at this point I’ve purchased a new ring from another establishment . I gave back the loaner, and they refused to give me a refund .

How can a store refuse a refund when they never provided me with the thing I purchased in the first place .

I ordered a ring. You didn’t give me the ring. I need my refund.

Do NOT SHOP HERE.

It will ruin your whole experience for your engagement birthday or whatever occasion.

They’re dishonest. The rings are just being ordered from some wear-house , they have no clue about their inventory. There’s nothing personal here.

I’m currently disputing with my credit card.

Update: they rejected the dispute and are lying about the loaner. They are telling my credit card company that I never gave back the loaner.

So glad I came here to buy my Fiancé’s wedding ring and my ring as well. While I was at work my Fiancé was out ring shopping and went to multiple stores. So after dinner we came here because Gul was very genuine and professional during my Fiancé’s first encounter with her.

We purchased a lifetime warranty also, which covers everything on the ring. The warranty they offer is very good and I believe better than competition when shopping around.

I purchased a tungsten ring with blue sapphires by Triton. Triton is a reputable metal jewelry brand and when I compared the online price with the ring I bought it was spot on.

Deepak, the manager helped close the deal and offered us a great financing option as well. I can also bring in my tungsten ring anytime for a small fee if any sapphires fall out or if I need to get a new size.
