My family are Marriott fans and typically have Platinum Elite during normal travel. We booked 3 rooms - 2 nights, 3 nights, 7 nights. No upgrade was offered for Platinum elites, no offer of bottled water, no information on breakfast, house keeping and so on. My sister asked if there were complimentary bottled water for Platinum Elite and the answer was rude.||First morning, our coffee maker was only boiling, no coffee was dripping. On our way out, I reported it to the front desk, if they can please replace the machine and leave some decaf coffee. When we came back to the room in the afternoon, the coffee maker was still not replaced. On our way out for dinner, i went back to the front desk. I was told that “it’s not a coffee maker” and that someone came to the room but we weren’t there and there’s nothing wrong with the machine. Someone can go to the room to show me how to use the machine. I was very irate at this point and let the staff know that I’ve used the same machine in other hotels many times before, you open the back, you pour a cup of water, you put in the disposable tray with coffee and hit start. This went on and i finally walked away in frustration. Eventually, someone did replace the machine and I was given 2 free coffee from the cafe.||We had to ask for towels and have the trashes emptied as they had a schedule of when the rooms were to be cleaned. Our room was cleaned on a Wednesday and was told it will be cleaned again on Saturday. Saturday morning, housekeeping knocked on the door at 10 and my husband asked if she can come back in 15 minutes. On our way out, i stopped at the desk to let them know that they can come back to clean the room and if facilities can please take a look at the bathtub drain as it seems to be clogged. When we got back to the room around 4, the room was not cleaned, no new linens, trash was not taken out and drain was still clogged. Called the front desk, oh, it is in the list to be cleaned, not sure what happened, we’ll send someone to the room with towels and take the trash out.||Times are different, but other hotels we’ve stayed at during this pandemic has upped their game to keep the customers coming back, not keeping them away. We will be back in the area in August, but not to this hotel.||P.S. Room 116 is beside the Machine Room and has loud noises - maybe the elevator or plumbing but if you are a light sleeper or need quiet, you don’t want this room. Outside the windows/doors is also a door from the garden area to the hotel and the door is loud when opened and bangs close, specially if someone pushing a laundry bin too.||The pool/garden area is nice when there are no screaming children in the pool.||I feel like the staff is uncaring and oblivious. Two kids took food from the “store” without paying - front desk didn’t notice. A mom and son were sneaking in two big cats through the side door. Both incidents reported, but didn’t seem to...

Read moreWe stayed two nights. The employees were really nice and friendly. The great mall was a short walk away that's why we decided to stay here.
The room was kind of small. For the price you pay it would've been nice if it was a bigger room. The bathroom was big though. The shower could've been wider. It was long but felt cramped. My elbows bumped into the wall and the glass sliding door.
The TV was big but the guide was annoying and the channels could've been better. You cannot plug in a Chromecast or a fire stick. They purposely block it off. Not a good thing.
The bed was a king size. It was kind of firm. The pillows weren't comfortable.
There was a couch and ottoman. It was nice and comfortable.
There was a mini fridge and coffee maker. They were sufficient.
The room was clean and we were able to check in early. I called when booking the room. I didn't get a discount. The price was the same as booking online so you might as well do that. Checking in was quick and easy. Checking out was even quicker and easier.
We went to The Bistro for drinks at night. We ordered two shots of Makers Mark and two Old Fashioned drinks. The Old Fashioned drinks were just ok. I don't think the bartender made it right. It was missing ingredients like the orange peel and cheery. I would recommend you bring your own alcohol.
You don't have to pay for parking.
Overall, it was a good stay. I will come back again. I just wish the rooms were cheaper.
Additional comments: Bring ear plugs! I forgot my ear plugs and I regret it. I could hear my neighbors when they showered at 6 am because the pipes made noise. There were also crazy people outside honking horns at all hours of the night. Just generally noisy. So do yourself a favor and plug those ears.
Also, the wifi was free and it was...
