One of our go to boba milk tea spots. I usually only get the Hokkaido C2 (4.5) here while my kids get the passion fruit drink (no real passion fruit but it's good), 4/5. The chicken popcorn here is good, tender and juicy, with garlic and basil, 4.5/5. I previously tried their miso ramen, which was surprisingly good, 4/5. Update: tried their spam masubi selections, which are pricey but good size and portions. Taste is ok, overall, 3.5* for the ones we tried. Update 07/22/23: this has been our go-to place for certain drinks, usually Hokkaido, Panda, passion fruit, and popcorn chicken and calamari. Extra crispy was even better. Popcorn chicken and calamari, 4.5*

Came here with my family for the first time since we were in that area and we loved Boba tea. Tried their Hokkaido milk pudding milk tea,(for the first time and I liked it) Okinawa milk tea, matcha milk tea, jasmine milk tea, classic milk tea and strawberry slush. They tasted good. If you buy five drinks, you get one drink for free. The place was a bit crampy but the table was clean and ambience was welcoming and relaxing. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. Service was fast and efficient. I suggest them to take a notch down on sugar level, even the 30% sugar level is still too sweet. We will come back.

The milk tea is surprisingly good, this is one of a good milk tea I have had in town, not watery. Boba pearl is nice, chewy, and not too sweet. Foods and snacks are alright. My only complaint is the location which is small and get too crowded sometimes. There are a few small trashes and napkins on the floor. Tables are not cleaned. There are a lot of online/take out orderes and people are waiting... With that said, it's a good grab and go take out for boba tea, but not a good place for dine-in. Definitely be back again for a drink.

HANDS DOWN NEW FAVORITE!

This is the only boba place I go to now :p

Their drinks are well priced, taste amazing, and all around awesome. Their drinks go from large to chubby cup so none of those small cups. They have a ton of different drinks to choose from and after tasting a good chunk of them, I have to say overall I'm impressed.

Suggested drink to try:

MANGO SAGO: if you're a fan of mangoes, try this! It reminds me of the mango drinks in HK (yes they are that good!) The mango drink itself is super yummy, it's rich and fruity and it has mango bits and sago which is like mini tapioca. I highly recommend this drink! It's like having dessert and a drink at the same time :D

Feeling creamy? Then try their crema! Their crema taste like light fluffy ice cream, it's decadent with a hint of salt. I usually don't get crema but theirs is pretty darn good.

Feeling light? I love love love their teas! Especially the roselle because it's light, fragrant, and slightly fruity. It's super refreshing! Their teaspresso drinks are really good too!

Their high mountain milk tea is my favorite milk tea just because I normally get green milk tea and this is similar to it but better. I don't really know how to describe it but I love it if I'm feeling like a light, creamy drink.

I usually get my drinks at 50% sweet and 50% ice because I don't like things too sweet. They're really great at reducing the sugar level without making the drink taste like water which is a problem a lot of boba places have -_-

They also have delicious snacks! Their popcorn chicken and curly fries are my go to. The chicken has great flavor and the curly fries comes with takoyaki sauce!

CA$H ONLY if you're spending less than $10 or you can use card but they'll charge a bit...

5 stars. I went to this tea place expecting to get my tea and get outta there. Instead, I walked into a palace of miracles. For starters, the cashier had a wonderfully decorated water bottle that captured the essence of my childhood, reminding me of the old days when SpongeBob was the biggest of my problems. O' to be a child again.

Second, I ordered the deep fried dairy sticks. Not only did they exceed my expectations, they perfectly entangled the art of dairy and deep fried foods in a culmination that brings life and happiness together.

Third, I also ordered the takoyaki. The best description I can give is that of deep fried creamy balls. To say that I'm a swallower is beside the point...but I swallowed. And boy o' boy, was my mouth glistening with the creamy nectar of the gods. The experience from these takoyaki is one I will forever cherish deep in my heart.

Lastly, the mozzarella came with ketchup. Think of that what you will.

Thank you, iTea. I...
