1st time ever I tried IHOP for a change It's the worst experience ever... FROM IHOP I'll be ISKIP... They made me feel like an outsider Full of Hispanic people teaching and telling me how the steak is 😐 they can't cook medium steak... 3 times the steak came in overcooked even when 2nd and 3rd time I repeatedly told make it pink med/Rare if its not gonna work medium for T-bone.... Ordered 2 eggs on the side as additional 1st came in one egg then server telling me oh you Ordered one.... I requested please order another one as I remember Ordered 2... she looked overwhelmed and the only one running 🏃‍♀️ to take orders on every table when seated in like 2 mins ... That's one of my most favorite food and I usually try dennys for breakfast They just not killed my appetite but my mood too... I'm an avid traveler and foodie ... when tried changing to sirloin they mentioned it comes med/well to my surprise 😮.. just paid the bill and drove to Dennys my regular spot. Went looking for a manager to address... guess what no manager on duty either... a busy restaurant is running without any supervision 😕 Rings a bell... don't know if this is privately owned or franchise... please an honest review kindly look into things if you're going to run the business... unfortunately didn't take any pictures as my mood was completely spoiled ...😏 Any person eats steak would see the picture or else would say this is overcooked. 09.09.25 + 08.19.25 11am Still so delicious and friendly, efficient staff. We ordered The Big Steak Omelette $18.99 and the Chicken Fajita Omelette $18.29 and coffee $3.99 for the 3 of us. Still had almost an entire omelette left over to take home with us as Mom and Dad are seniors and can't eat much.

The Big Steak Omelette was super delicious, next time we'll order 2x of those instead of 2 separate omelettes. The Chicken Fajita Omelette was tasty but not nearly as good as the Steak. Hashbrowns and Pancakes are perfect as always. Their coffee is so good, it's their own "International Roast House Blend" brand, it's so smooth and delicious! Thank you!

08.2024 Fresh, delicious, hot, clean, with excellent service by Luis! Recommend the Poblano Omelette and the Colorado Omelette, both come with sides of 3 pancakes, hash browns or toast. We got pancakes for each omelette and shared between 3 people and still had leftovers. 2 omelette sets with 6 pancakes can feed 4 well. Also ordered the $1 with any omelette order cinnamon bites which came with caramel and frosting dipping sauces.

Everything was so good, even the cinnamon bites. Pancakes were light and fluffy and piping hot. Omelettes were non-greasy, light, full of flavor and cheesy! Coffee was very fresh and light, pretty good, not bitter at all.

Ordering online… BE CAREFUL!! I placed an order online through the website, it was a NIGHTMARE! The staff was UNABLE to look up my order. They CLAIMED I did not place one. I place an order to be picked up today around 8:35AM. My first call was at 7:51am to ask if I can change the pick up time for my order, the first lady (Ling, maybe) I spoke with informed me that my they did NOT have my order. I called again, (Tran or Tram, maybe) told me they don’t take orders online through the website and that I should call back at 9am when the manager is there. What DOES NOT make sense is, I placed the order, got a confirmation number; If I were to GO there at 8:35am (thinking) my order was ready, what would happen? When I called at 8:35am suddenly my order showed up and apparently the food WAS ready, at this point I wanted I refund, no one gave me a set time for when the “Manager” would arrive, someone said 9am another individual said “later”. I called back at 10a, finally spoke to someone claiming to be the manager. Now I have to wait AT LEAST 3 days for my money. I would not support this business. The “Manager” said he would talk to people supposedly there is a crew chief but he would not provide the name...
