The temple is maintained well, has attached halls for conducting private ceremonies and rituals, besides providing vegetarian food from the attached kitchen at a very reasonable price. Brahmins are available for many rituals, do listen to our requirements and comply. However, few points which temple administration to note: a. The washrooms in the halls need better cleanliness. We do understand that the users need to adhere to certain levels. But after the halls are vacated, there needs to be deep cleaning before next function. b. The kitchen can charge a bit more per head and provide little more quantity. They can follow a rule to provide 10% extra, for unforeseen number of guests. We had less guests than number anticipated, but food we ordered (with 3 rice varieties, sweet, dry vegetables and savoury item), was not enough for even the reduced number. If the food is in excess, the kitchen has a method to use, rather than wasting. c. Someone from kitchen admin can be made an interface to coordinate with the guest party and can visit the hall during ceremonies to see the usage, wastage if any, of food, use of containers, cutlery, etc. and see from receiver's side to become excellent from being ordinary.

Read moreThis pristinely maintained, beautiful temple is South Indian in style, poojas and rituals. Priests are mostly from Andhra Pradesh. Plenty of parking in the back of the facility. Abundant street parking is also available.
The idols at the VEDA temple are aesthetically marvelous! Carved in black unpolished granite and painted lovingly with silver and gold, the sculpture and artwork is stunning. While the presiding deity is lord Sri. Satyanarayana and his consort Mahalakshmi, there are also altars dedicated to Ganesha, Anjaneya, Subramanya, Parameshwari and Saraswati. My absolute favorite is the stunning idol of Goddess Saraswati. You have to see it to understand why I am such a fan!
The priests are a dedicated lot who perform prayers and rituals in a sincere manner. They even involve the devotees in chanting prayers. The premises is kept clean and if you visit around lunchtime, you will get served hot Prasadam (food offering). The Poojas are all broadcast on the Temple 's You Tube channel.
There are large rooms surrounding the main temple complex that are great for hosting small religious functions, classes etc.

Read moreThis review is to let people know they should consider other reviews stating rudeness seriously. I have been visiting this temple regularly for the last 2 years and have encountered multiple occurrences of such behavior from a lady and another gentleman who I believe is a part of their admin team. I highly recommend the temple makes a list of do's and dont's for every trivial thing these people can think of and post it on their notice board at the entrance/website. This will help devotees to understand their rules and make a decision whether they should come here or go to more welcoming temples for their prayers. They literally spoil our peace of mind with their snarky remarks. Save yourself the frustration and go to other...
