5 sandwiches ordered online. Thought I would be considerate for the staff being how covid hit and they have been stressed out and unhappy every time I went in. Called to confirm order, no answer, quick email saying it was done, picked up order which was quick for them, got home and 3 sandwiches were totally screwed up. Called, no answer even with 2 on staff with no customers. New hire screwed up from what I was told, couldn't answer the phone, just to busy with no customers. Other guy fixed sandwiches when I got there. Did a good job but no concern or compensation. I asked for a few more and he said he could not give me any more than that. I asked why not and he said first it was the most expensive vegetable there so he could not give any more. Also told me that if I take “ all of them” there would not be any for anyone else. I only asked for a few more, not ALL of them! I have been going to subway for years and have never been restricted on vegetables. I thought one could add as many vegetables as they wanted.
