McDonald's — Restaurant in Milton-Freewater

I was passing through Milton-Freewater hot tired and thirsty. I had been anticipating getting an iced caramel macchiato I waited in the Drive-Thru behind two people, got my turn to order and waited in line. I got up to the window where the food comes out and waited again for 10 minutes all the while looking through the windows and watching the employees do exactly nothing. Finally a young guy comes to the window and tries to give me someone else's order. I corrected him on the order I was supposed to be receiving and he went away. And I waited some more. Then a nice young girl came to the window and told me that they would begin making my drink and would I please wait in the parking lot. By this time I was fed up. So I let them keep the the four dollars that my drink costs and drove away not even looking in the rearview mirror as that is the last four dollars McDonald's Corporation or franchise will ever receive from me. Inept unprofessional and incompetent and have absolutely no idea what customer service is...

Ordered at the drive through the other night, they needed to cook my food, so they had me pull around to the front, no problem, that happens. The window lady told me it would be two minutes. So I wait. Ten minutes later, another car pulls next to me, the worker comes out a minute later with their food, I flag her down, ask nicely what the holdup was. She said they must have given my food to a carry out customer and that they'd remake it. Ten more minutes go by, still waiting. I walk in and spend several minutes trying to flag down a worker because this is now a new format store with no dedicated cashiers and only has self serve kiosks. No one showed, so I left with only my drink to show for the 9 dollars I spent. Done with this particular store. They've screwed up my orders I'd say about six out of the last ten times I've been there. I certainly hope for the sake of the store, that it's just my bad luck that only MY orders are consistently wrong, but I'd venture to guess that that's...

Went to eat at McDonald's in Milton-Freewater Oregon waited in the Drive-Thru for a long time after I got my order in they told me to pull ahead they were waiting on the french fries it was over 20 minutes later I finally went inside and I said could you tell me where my Foods at I had three different meals and they apologized they said they gave it to somebody else is that a gentleman walked in he'd done his order and same thing his order was given to someone else there was a party of four people inside the McDonald's restaurant same thing happened to them one of the workers doesn't ask what other people ordered so they can give him the right order and they don't go by names so they made my order right they rerang up my food and gave me the money that I had paid so I got my food for free but I was there for close to half an hour the manager was very nice very pleasant and she apologized for the...
