EDIT: I did attempt a visit almost a year later and am updating my review based on the experience and your apology response. Your staff for the most part are the same employees that were there a year ago. They actually got worse. I got the scrambler bowl and was given 1 egg and the menu states that you get 2 eggs. Upon calling them to let them know she said I wouldn't get a refund or the 2nd egg that IS ADVERTISED ON THE MENU. I was told it was because of the location having new owners that they changed the scrambler to 1 egg despite the menu and online stating 2. She then said that that she knows who I am and where I work and I always have an issue and hung up on me because she wasn't going to argue over an egg. AS PER MY PREVIOUS REVIEW the issues I've had was asking them to correct the order when THEY WERE THE ONES WHO KEPT MESSING IT UP!!! Not due to a complaint with the quality or quantity or price. Only an issue because they prepared it incorrectly to what was ordered and listed on the reciept. And I was never rude about it. I'd just ask them to please correct it. Or at times I'd just give up and just ask to return it and we would order elsewhere because they would be so rude ABOUT THEIR SCREW UP. They would be mad at me for asking them to give me what I ordered instead of me just accepting what they felt like making. So even after a year of working to 'improve your employees performance' they STILL cannot get an order right. And when asked to correct it they refuse and resort to threatening your customers now. Yeah real improvement there! I am typically understanding and patient but not after this ordeal. You could improve by getting new staff who know how to read and comprehend a food order as well as the menu of the place they're employed at. Also upon reviewing the menu I saw that you can get a 3 egg meal with a meat toast and cheese grits for cheaper than the scrambler which makes no sense. If I could change the rating to no stars I would. I used to attempt eating here due to nostalgia and the food even though the prices are ridiculous but your staff was horrible enough to drive last nail in the coffin as a fast food choice for my friends, family, and coworkers. We are all done with this place.
Previous review: Accuracy of the order is always an issue here. Even if it's a small order of two items. I ask for over easy eggs I get scrambled I ask for scrambled I get folded. They never put cheese in the scrambler bowl. Just today I ordered a biscuit with scrambled egg bacon and cheese and a bowl with sausage and over easy eggs. They folded the egg on the biscuit and didn't put cheese in the bowl. Couple days before that I ordered the same thing. They got the biscuit right and remembered the cheese in the bowl but scrambled the egg....
Read moreI placed an order at this location in Milton, FL on 8/23/2025 at 2:14 a.m online. Both their website and Google listed the location as open 24 hours. My order confirmation told me to pick up at 2:25 a.m., but when I arrived, the store was closed. Later, I received another email telling me my order would be ready at 3:25 a.m. I went back again, and they were still closed.
At 7:20 a.m. when the store finally opened, I spoke with the manager on duty (Grace) and requested a refund. She told me she was unable to process one, and when I asked for the franchise owner’s number or upper management’s contact information, she said she didn’t have any number or names to give me. Her only solution was to remake the food, or else I would just lose my money.
I also tried contacting Krystal’s through their website and called the number posted on the front door, but I received no help at all. As of now, I’m out $43 and some change with no resolution.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. If a store isn’t actually open 24 hours, the hours should be updated online, and customers should have a clear way to get help when an order goes wrong.
This is pretty sad. This is my hometown and this Krystal’s has always been a favorite. I have never had any issues with this place up until today. It’s THEFT as far as I’m concerned. And to tell me you can make my food 5 hours later instead of a refund…Yeah, I already ate somewhere else. Just give me back my $43.86 you’re holding hostage from me. Read more3-10-2023 @500pm I stopped at Krystal’s tonight on my way home from work. I noticed the new building paint and landscaping and thought wow this is nice. Thought I’d get 2-double Krystal’s and 2-Chik. I order and the girl said $14.70. I thought I must be hearing wrong. At the window she (and a male coworker) were ready to hand me my bag and she said $14.70….. I replied for 4-sandwiches?! She replied, yes as she quoted the price of each item ($3.70 some cents) and I was dumbfounded. I said that is crazy! I’m not paying $14 for 4-sandwiches!!! She replied would you like something else? I laughed and said no and drove off. Are the employees now making $15 an hour? Or are they trying to lay off the recent upgrades?
