Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Milton

I can not understand why getting an order correctly is so difficult for so many fast food restaurant, this one being no different. My order was a 20 piece mixed meal which included 8 biscuits and 4 sides. This was supposed to be able to feed 8 people according to the menu sign (how does 2 corn on the cob feed 8 people???). When I got home to prepare the food for dinner is when I realized that first of all, there were NO biscuits no where, then upon closer examination I realized the person who packed the chicken had a problem counting to 20 because there were only 19 pieces in the 2 boxes and last but not least, if you think the portion size of them sides are going to feed 8 people, you are sadly mistaken. I've had a bad experience with Church's before (similar to this one, not quite as bad) and switched to KFC, I thought I would try them again but now I don't think I'll be visiting THIS Church's Chicken anytime again in the near future. Just to be fair, after 9 phone calls, when someone finally answered the phone, they did attempt to make it right and put my name down for the 8 biscuits and 1 piece of chicken that was shorted on my order and give me 2 weeks to pick it up but unfortunately at this point it was a bit...

Service is ok. Food is ok also. My only complaint is the chicken isn't as good as Church's Chicken used to be. The breading isn't as good and it is not as tender as it used to be. They also serve a piece of chicken that I am not sure what you would call it, i.e. a leg, thigh, breast, etc. I thought the first time it was just a fluke but it was in the bucket I got today also. I ordered the 12 piece $20 special and paid $6.99 extra to make it mixed pieces instead of just legs and thighs which either I didn't get or this piece is added to make it so they can justify calling it mixed. I'm not sure which is the case but I do know that it only had legs, wings, thighs, and this piece in it. See picture. I do love their biscuits, fried okra, and dirty rice. Update on March 3, 2024: I went at 7:30 PM and ordered a chicken sandwich with spicy rice and they were both terrible. The rice was the consistency of mush or stuffing and didn't even look like rice and the chicken sandwich tasted strange. I feel sick to my stomach now and should have known to stop eating after the first bite of each but ate half of each before stopping. Hope it was just a fluke and not...

Where do I start...the peeling paint, the poor mustard yellow paint job (ive seen better finger painted pictures at elementary schools), the long wait times, the horrible staff that acts like it's a chore to take your order, the low emphasis on cleanliness. This place is terrible, your safer to eat from a food truck than this place.

Someone called in to place an order. As the manager was taking the order she was rolling her eyes and being unpleasant with the person on the phone. When she hung up, she told another employee that "if the phones rings again, let it go to voicemail". This happened at the front counter, so everyone could see the interaction, talk about great customer service!

Asked for a refill and thanked the manager twice for getting the refill, it must have fell on deaf ears because there was no response.

Dont ask for sweet and sour, they will say they have it, then proceed to put some spicy sauce on the order.

I dont know who "Church" is, but I got a feeling Popeye is about eat his spinach and take...
