Coffee Break Cafe — Restaurant in Milton

Before I talk about my negative experiences, I will say their assortment of bagels and cream cheeses are delicious. Also, this isn't just one experience. I have gone to the Coffee Break Cafe many times and I've had about a dozen issues. The only reason I go back is because of how local it is to my work, and the delicious bagels. My multiple issues stem from the staff itself. I have given coffee break many opportunities but the customer service is almost always terrible. They hardly pay any attention and I am always repeating myself. They do not follow the directions I give, and give me the wrong cream cheese/bagels. They would rather have conversations among themselves, then make sure I an served properly. Overall, the staff present a constant issue, and I hope to see it...
