Stevie’s Milton — Restaurant in Milton

I hadn’t posted a review about Steave‘s in Milton about delivery order and I explain how they did not deliver to my area unless you spend certain amount of dollars and so on. Well, I got a call from the manager and he apologized profusely about my situation. He then explained about the delivery to that area and so forth, and I tried to take down the review that I posted, but I really did not. I do not know how to. I have been to Steave’s about three times since that incident and I must say the customer service is just as I’ve always experience exceptional and I do have to apologize. I should’ve called and spoke to this manager first before I put that review up. I still continue to go to CVs. I really enjoyed their food especially there fried chicken wings, but I must say again I apologize for my post and Steave is a wonderful place to go to get food. The food is very delicious and I wish I could undo the post that I put up Until I figure that out this post is just gonna have to do it but thank you again Steave for making it right explaining the situation and I really from the bottom of my heart...

I have eating eaten at Stevie's A few times and the food is usually very delicious. I moved to Quincy I called. I gave them my address. They told me they do deliver there. I spent 20 minutes being indecisive until I figured out what I wanted to eat. I called back for delivery and all of a sudden they don’t deliver to my address but if I spend over $100 they do I asked to speak to the manager and she said she is the manager. I told her they just told me they deliver to my address She said no they don’t deliver and then told me I could order from some random other place no apology no explanation as to how you deliver here and then 20 minutes later you don’t deliver so instead of supporting my local businesses I had to take my money and buy food from a chain and then local businesses complained that people don’t support...

I feel food is not up to quality of price. I got a pizza and turkey sub for delivery. The sub had so little meat...I thought I may have ordered the veggie...plus they forgot two of add-ons. They should not give hot pizza to people on scooters...they rarely have food warmers..and my pizza arrived cold and disheveled from sliding around box. This is a trend I have been seeing in most restaurants (fine and not-so-fine dining)I have reviewed...mediocre quality food...prepared in mediocrity....with minimal customer service. Not sure if I would recommend or go back...they should and can do better...I know they can..."the no one else complains" theory should not be the baseline...
