The food is great but the customer service is HORRIBLE!! Today is the LAST time I'll ever eat there! At my job, we often order delivery from here. Today when we placed our order, a woman answered the phone (usually the owner guy answers). She was confused and put the owner guy on the phone to assist. The food arrives and the driver is asking for more money than we were quoted. The driver called the store and spoke to Mohammed (the owner guy) and we went back and forth with him for a few minutes about the order. FINALLY, he agreed that an extra order of wings was included in the order. We pay our tab and the driver hands us the food. We sit down to eat our food when my coworker gets a call from Mohammed (owner guy) who is yelling at her stating he is going to charge her card for the extra food. HIS driver did not remove the extra order of wings from the bag. We didn't think anything of it when the driver gave us our food bc we were distracted from the back and forth convo with Mohammed in order to even get our food. The conversation ended when Mohammed hung up on my coworker after she told him not to charge her card for the food she did not order. All of this nonsense for $10.43. I hope you are happy, Mohammed - you will not be getting anymore business from us. And we will discourage any and all others at our job from giving you all anymore of their money! The food is good, but the service is lacking. Specifically, the drivers apparently do not carry any change, so a 9.75 order costs 10.00, etc... so use a CC if you are willing to risk the previously mentioned practice of them writing down your CC info. Not sure if the drivers do this to "tip" themselves at your expense, but I would expect that if you are going to impose a $15 minimum and then apply a delivery charge on top of it, you could at least do your customers the service of carrying change. If you are not going to carry any change, then you should round in all cases in the favor of the customer as it was not their choice for you not to...

Be very weary before you place a delivery order with them. They WILL write your credit card number out, in full, on their copy of the receipt.

On top of illegal business practices, if you're ordering for more than one person and not eating there, go elsewhere - they WILL mess the order up. On a 6 person order, all 5 orders of fries arrived improperly prepared, cold, and hard. Wings were over-sauced and soggy. Carrots were dried out and celery was browning on the ends.

We order from them maybe once a month and this is not a one-off thing. This is consistent. I dread to think what their kitchen looks like if they are pleased with this...
