Oh hey yeah how's it going yep just wanted to give you a review of this place anyway I went is about 3:00 when I finally got their. yeah things were going fine until I ran into the wife I guess. is the wife of the owner or the owner wife but anyway everything was going fine until I started talking to her. and she was you know that the owner was talking on the phone was kind of hoping he was going to help me but obviously he wasn't interested. first off the sandwich cost like 14 and a half dollars you know I'm cool with the price you know I know stuff went way up but that seems a little hi to me and I thought they were little I got a cheese steak and I told him to grill the tomatoes but the woman said oh no we'll just put them on top after well that's not what I asked I like I actually like them both I like tomatoes raw and cooked on my sandwich. Anyway then then they gave me a they started yapping when I wanted to get more vegetables. they were going to charge me alot. I said no if you want a lot of vegetables you better get your wallet out. know I really didn't have any issues I thought that the meat was a little chince but the sandwich was still good you know if you're going to spend you know almost $15 you know you expect a lot to. I know they pay sky-high rent. they have to bathe after spent to you know I've spent some vegetables I mean they don't say vegetables are extra on the menu. Seems like u should get 5 vegetables on there before they charge u. the best part of the sandwich was that he put a right amount of mustard and ketchup on their. and there was a lot of cheese in there that was about it. So I think it's okay I don't think it's a terrible place I just think it's overpriced. I forgot to say that the place seemed a little dirty to me too and they don't have hot water in the men's room which is a no for restaurants. I was puzzled by the rating they have for that that's like that's pretty good I don't know where they got that from there's no wonder they never read their reviews. Moved to the area and was excited to try this sandwich shop. Here’s the facts of my trip: •Ordered the TBA, was told they didn’t have turkey, but that we could have chicken, which we agreed to. •Waited 30 min, when the man told me my sandwich was ready and that they made it with turkey. Opinions: •if they would have told me it was going to be 30 min I would have comeback another time.. I only have thirty minutes for lunch break. They did not value my time. •I wish they would have checked with me before changing the meat back to turkey which they said they were low on. They didn’t manage my expectations. •the meat on the sandwich consisted of one layer on the top the exact size of the bread roll, and one layer on the bottom the exact size of the bread roll. I’ve had more meat on poverty sandwiches served at elementary schools. •when they told me they were “low on turkey” and then I get a sandwich that has very little turkey on it, it feels like they just put the scraps they had left in the bin on my sandwich and that doesn’t make me wanna come back. •$17 for sandwich, chips, and drink sucks when the bread/meat ratio is so off it tastes like a vegetarian sandwich. •I asked the main guy if that was the normal amount of meat and he got defensive and very loudly explained that it was 4oz of meat. MAYBE FOR YOUR OTHER SANDWICHES BUT REMEMBER WHEN YOU WERE “LOW ON TURKEY” SO YOU MADE ME CHOOSE CHICKEN AND THEN YOU MIRACULOUSLY FOUND SOME TURKEY?AND THEN DIDN’T ASK ME IF I STILL WANTED CHICKEN AS I WAS EXPECTING AND YOU JUST MADE THE DECISION FOR ME AND GAVE ME ONE SLICE OF TURKEY ON A 10 LB ROLL. Not welcoming, I was ignored upon entering, As the 2 people behind the counter continued their conversation. Which was not business related. The online menu should be updated, prices especially, everything was 3 to 4 dollars more then what I was expecting. I asked for a sauce on the side and was told it was 1.50 extra to have on the side. I laughed, and said "No thank you". I ordered 2 sandwiches with combos ( Soda and fries ) as well as an extra side of fries. Paid for everything, which was over 50 dollars!!!!! I couldn't believe the price and they didn't provide an itemized receipt. Who knows, what I was charged for. I was told it would be ready in 10 mins. 5 mins later she told me they didn't have enough fries for my order or the bread that was supposed to go with my sandwich. I was so disappointed, that was all I really wanted. I almost said nevermind and asked for a refund, but my family was waiting on dinner so I ordered a different sandwich. I was offered onion rings instead of fries. My family dosent like onion rings but took them anyway. I wish I had just asked for a refund. The fries were good but barely any were there. The sandwiches were terrible, The bread was so dry, and there was only a couple pieces of meat and cheese. I didn't get through half of it. The other sandwich was soggy and bland.
