Kolby: The Bartender So Sweet She Makes Your Drink Jealous
-If you're looking for a bartender who can mix drinks and read your soul like a motivational horoscope, Kolby is your girl. Sweet, talkative, and more attentive than your last three situationships combined. She remembers your drink, your vibe, your weird allergy to cucumber water — all of it. Feels less like ordering a drink, more like coming home.
But then… there’s Tuesday. And One Spinner enters the chat. Cute. Chaotic. On a full-blown Google Review rampage. She’ll mix you a killer drink when she can while getting you "Cupons" and then slide you a napkin like, “So… five stars, or what?” And did I mention she’s working a double? She’s 90% espresso, 10% citrus-scented bar rag fumes, and maybe tried garnishing a rum and coke with a tortilla chip. We love her for it.
-Kolby stays cool, calm, collected, even when Spinner’s out here trying to unplug her blender in the middle of daiquiri hour. One runs the bar like Beyoncé.
The other’s the opening act, the tour merch, and the chaotic roadie all in one.

Read moreWe stepped in for a family dinner before our son moved away for a year again. We went for a Late Lunch early dinner since it was their first Saturday after opening. Service was great and they had a Gluten Free menu to choose from. The only issue was the Gluten free menu did not have any prices of anything except extras that you can put on your burger. You want a Gluten Free Bun $1.50 extra, you want Cheese on your Bacon Burger $1.50 extra. No other prices were on the menu. Their option for a gluten free burger was to serve it in a Lettuce wrap instead then charge you more for a Gluten Free Bun. The Gluten Free bun was not bad but a little to thick on top and did not taste like they put any butter or condiments on it. The top was very thick and dry. Their Fries are not Gluten free since they have a Batter on them. I have had them before i went gluten free and they were very good. But their options for true gluten free side are only Fruit or a salad. They have Tater Tots and Chips but they could be contaminated while cooking since they are cooked in the same oil as everything else. So i went with the Tater tots anyways and took a chance that they would be ok. I still can't see eating a Burger and having a Side salad with no Fries or anything. Tater tots were very underwhelming. They could have been cooked longer to make them crispy. Next time i will have to ask they do that. The good thing they have is a full Allergen list online so you can see Soy, Cow's Milk, Wheat, Eggs, Tree Nuts, Peanuts, Shellfish, Fish and Sesame.
The Service was good and the Atmosphere was good but the Gluten Free Food for...
Read moreWe were excited for a new restaurant so close. The photos are from the first visit. We are here the 1st time in October. The beer was good, but the food was meh, not really worth it when there's other restaurants that you pay less for same meh food. We ate the 2nd time in December, beer was good, sadly the happy hour food is not worth the happy hour price either. The 3 street tacos were good, small and you'd need 3 orders. Ordered the cheese sticks since they sounded great but were so over cooked 98% of the cheese was cooked out and were just a shell. Couldn't even eat them. The 3rd and finally try was January. Beer was good but when you order a burger and pay extra for bacon, you would think the bacon would be on the burger. Nope. I waited for a lonnng time for the waitress to make it back near us so I could wave her down to show her no bacon on the burger. Never offered to remake it nor bring me bacon to put on my burger. I ordered a bacon burger because I wanted a bacon burger. She really seemed clueless why I was complaining, and I had to make it clear I wasn't paying for the bacon. She let me know she's take it off. Never in the 3 times there did anyone ever ask how the food is, not the server not the managers walking around. No one cares or they don't want feedback. The other reason I know they don't want feedback since they give an email on the website to email concerns. I've sent 2 emails since I'd rather let them know directly. Crickets, no response no hey we got your concern and we'll work on it thanks for...
