Ordered two caramel crunch frappuccinos, asked for customizations in it, they were ignored, gave a $2 tip also at the start of the order, and was treated the worst iâve ever been treated ever at a starbucks before. Also to top it off, both of my frappes were messed with intentionally, coffee grounds in BOTH of my frappuccinos?????? how does that even happen without you intentionally dumping them in the drink/mixture, ive never once ever found coffee grounds in any of my drinks from starbucks and iâve literally been to over 100 different locations, tried to reach out to customer service and was totally brushed off and my issue was completely ignored. Refused to return my money, all they told me was that i shouldâve looked at them when i picked them up, even after explaining that i could not pick them up myself, check the cameras nobody is lying here, if you check the cameras the proof is all right there.
Never will i ever go to another starbucks again, learned that the employees are all going on strike, company is preventing them from unionizing, restricting pride month decoration use in stores, increasing prices and point minimum for reward redemptions, tip taxing, cutting employee hours with no warning, and many other things.
I will only be supporting the local coffee businesses in the area from now on and never again with Starbucks, will not support a company that does not support me or the people in...

The inconsistent quality of drinks and service here have been bad but COVID-19 just made it worse! They can't make drinks right and it's tougher now to ask them to make it again. Anything with cold foam, they don't make it right! And how about that wait time?! Placed a mobile order 10 minutes before leaving my house, another 5 minutes to get there. Once here, you have to wait another 30 minutes!
They have horrible operations and don't know how to manage volume. A girl came out asking to take down names of all people waiting and wrote them on a board... What kind of mess is this?
They also allowed people to do in-person order last week using the left door of their double door entrance while the right door is for people to pick up their moms order. This whole process here must have been designed by a 3 year old. Multiple people had no clue what was going on and everyone is asking everyone else if they are in line.
Two weeks ago after waiting for about 20 min, they came out saying sorry that they have to shut down UberEat so that they could get to our drinks. We had to wait another 20 min. 40 minute wait for 2 drinks! Do yourself a favor and go to...

It was delicious I also had the grilled cheese sandwich it was the best sandwich I ever had these are the only two items that I can refer to but I must say I like it the coffee on the other hand is a little bit too softly it kept me hyped up all day I have energy it took me a minute to wind myself down so I give it five stars one thing is always the same when I go in Starbucks it's a place with people can be oh and let me know forget and Braintree they have a board when you can leave a note and I left God bless everyone and Starbucks I thought that was sort of cool so I give them a five âââââ this this talk about that I went to was in Braintree Mass it was such a popular location that they actually ran out of things
