There she be an option for no star. Business doesn’t deserve a star at all period. First off they have an overseas call center taking orders. You can’t understand them and they can’t understand you. I was told my card didn’t go through the first time. I was promoted to enter credit card info into system a second time. End result in my car needing charged twice. I was told 30-40 mins for delivery at 9:43pm. I called several times and wasn’t able to get through. Finally someone from the store answered and I was told to allow a few more minutes this was 1 hr and a half after my order was placed. Called store several times no answer and when they did answer I was hung up on. Called and spoke with call center of course they couldn’t do anything about a refund. Just keep transferring me to the store. Called store up until 2am never answered or talked to anyone. Called next day couldn’t get through on hold for over an hour phone hangs up. Called back never got anyone at the store of course. Called following day, after been on hold over 30mins someone answered. Provided me with number to supposedly corporate. Called corporate and spoke to someone with a terrible attitude. Asked to speak with someone above her. Neither empathized with situation. Only gave a dry sorry that happened. Offer refund as gift cards or check. Why couldn’t they just refund my original form of payment? Basically told me take it or leave it, that’s all they could do. Asked for someone higher to contact as I’m disappointed in the service I’ve received on all ends. She basically said Doug is her boss but it would still come to that office. So what’s really the point? Terrible customer service and scam from the call center, store associate, corporate person #1 and #2. Would never recommend, horrible experience. Read moreI order Domino's for dinner regularly, so I gave 4 stars because Overall they are usually a great choice for dinner. I usually have a big order and normally they don't make any order errors. I'm almost always satisfied with my order... this is important when you order frequently and you don't like to be upset about order errors when you're hungry. Sometimes things aren't really that great, it happens I'm sure everywhere, especially when you order as often as I do, the there's just statistically more chances of there being things that happen.. My last order the pizza I ordered was .. Ultimate Pepperoni, Add: whole pizza: mushrooms, Add: Left half: black olives, roasted red peppers. Cut: normal Bake: well done.
If you see the pictures this was clearly baked well done on the outer part of the pizza but the center was soagy and not fully baked. Most of the pizza was unedible and I would've called to replace it but they would've told me it's because of the toppings, .. but it's my opinion that..basically if a pizza turns out like this they shouldn't sell it, ... when they do the quality check and it looks like this they should call and say "hey your pizza didn't turn out, would you like to try a different combination?" ...

Read morei ordered my pizza online around 2pm and asked for a 630pm pick up. i called after placing my order to verify it went through and should be ready at 630. at 615 i called again to inquire if my pizza was done, the lady who answered advised it was not ready but will be by 630. i got to dominos at 635, paid for my pizza with Brian and it was not ready. i waited while people came and went, most of them complaining. i spoke with the manager Rob who seemed frustrated at the time. i quietly stood around and watched as more people came and went. I paid with a debit card and I didnt want a refund because it usually takes 3-5 business days. manager Rob comes to me with a voided receipt advising he was sorry i waited so long. i told him i didnt want a refund, i just wanted my food but he insisted it was their mistake. i continued to wait and finally after 45 mins of being inside my food was ready. now this is why i gave them 1 star. there was a man eating pizza, there were people standing around. i always have bad experiences with dominos but the pizza is the best which is why i continue to go here. besides this, i want to say manager Rob, i appreciate you and your position. i understand that you do not personally make the pizzas, if you hire a new crew, under your management im sure this location will be better. thank you Rob. also cashier Brian, you did your job the way you were...
