Been ordering from here 1-2 times a week for several years (gf normally places the order amd I pickup). Last month or so quality has massively gone down hill. There is no consistancy for toppings (when you order this often, they should look the same weekly) and employees dont seem to always look at the sauce (light sauce doesnt mean you should use a napkin when you get the pizza to soak up the sauce). I do not know if Will is there anymore or not but while he was there, our orders were great and properly made for sometime without having to be remade.. One of the last visits, additional toppings not ordered were mixed in (not much) on my pizza. The said topping I AM ALLEGIC to.. Keep toppings not ordered off of pizza, as had I not noticed them and ate them because of the employee making it not caring, Dominos would have a lawsuit on its hands. As I am not out for free food, I just want product made how it was ordered and consistancy from one order to the next, as that is what we are paying for. If things dont get better in the next few visits, we will try another location. As it would be nice to give feedback to corporate, but employees here seem to never want to give the customer a receipt unless the customer asks. It started getting better while Will was there, but now COMPELETELY DOWN HILL SINCE. Light sauce = no pooling. Darnell was nothing but unprofessional being as he claims he makes the pizzas every time, and when there's too much sauce, and asked to be remade, he now REFUSED customer service. Read moreCan you give a place zero stars....? Ordered a few weeks ago on a Monday, early evening (5pm). Ordered one pizza and some bread, tried to pay over the phone credit card, to which they replied "the delivery driver would take care of that." (Doubted it from that instant), and then stated it would be about an hour and a half (really???). I live about 5 blocks from this location....... Fast forward two hours later.... Still no pizza. As I am literally calling to complain, I get a call from a driver...... She just arrived at my apartment complex and wants me to come to the main office (about 7 buildings/.5 mile away) because she can't read the numbers (printed in giant letters on every building). I handed the phone off to my girlfriend before I blew a gasket. It then took another 15 mins for said driver to actually make it to the door......
Then surprise, surprise..... She can't process my credit card.... Won't ever be ordering Domino's again. Which is a shame.... That pan crust pizza is pretty legit if you can actually get your hands on one......
A few days later, some guy called and left me a voicemail to report back my experience......

Read moreIm pissed to say the least a couple of days ago i ordered from them waited forever for my pizzas to the point i called to check on my order spoke with manager darnell and he said he dont know what happened his delivery guy clocked out without taking my order so he will remake it and deliver it to me himself which he did for this i received 60 points in my account for a free medium pizza fast forward to yesterday i redeemed my free pizza i placed order around 4 p.m yesterday about thirty minutes went by i get a email saying my order was cancelled no explanation why so i called the store NO ANSWER I called from yesterday 5 p.m until today 2:30 and someone finally answered a young lady i told her what happened and she said ok let me get my manger she puts the phone down and screams darnell name and says phone i waited on hold twenty minutes before someone picked the phone up and hung it up i then called customer service who called over there to try to get someone on the phone no luck for them either so she provided me corporate number like WHERE IS MY PIZZA OR WHERE ARE MY POINTS SO...
