Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milwaukee

My wife and I went to the drive-thru. We patiently waited at the speaker to order. I politely asked if we could get giftcards in the drive through. The associate (Cashier C.) taking my order said yes. I said okay great and preceeded to order. I order one large cold brew with a shot of sugar and another large cold brew with a shot of sugar and one shot of cream. We paid and  recieved the order. My wife tried the large cold brew that was supposed to have one shot of cream and sugar to find out that there is no sugar in it. The associate at the window was very kind and put sugar in it for us. However, I was charged for two large cold brews with cream and sugar. After she returned I asked again about the gift cards. The associate yes one second please. The associate was kind enough to try and get the manager while we waited in the drive-thru. The associate returns and said she is having an attitude and said 'she ain't trying to come to the window'. At which I said okay and left the drive-thru extremely aggravated that my time and gas were wasted trying to buy your gift cards. Which I specifically ask if I could get in the drive-thru when I first pulled up to this location. Don't waste your time. Go to another location or at...

Took my son here to get a donut because he was very happy and excited to try one. When we first pulled up the building was dark and the lights were out and there were no cars in the parking lot. We drove around and saw that the hours were until 8 PM and it was 7:30 PM. We decided to drive back and noticed someone in the building waved us to drive around to the drive up.

They’re probably needs to be better signs to indicate what the inside and drive thru hours are because I’m sure other people probably drove away being that the building was practically dark. This continued practice will surely put this newly built facility out of business quickly.

First & second visit was fine, third visit was through the drive thru and the girl put my six donuts in a bag. I asked for a box & she said “you kept adding donuts I didn’t know you wanted a half dozen.” What??? When I stared at her because of that ignorant comment she said” gimme the bag, I got you”. No!? No one has “got me,” I don’t was done & drove off. When I called minutes later to speak to a manager they kept hanging up on me & then called me back, with no professionalism, just said “ you called here”. When I said I’m trying to call Dunkin’ Donuts she said “ yeah, it’s me what do you want?” I ended that ignorant call. I’ll go to Walmart or Pick & Save in Germantown & Bayside. I’m not dealing with this...
