Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milwaukee

My husband and I go here often for breakfast on our way to work… THIS new lil white girl yesterday was terrible. The service was terrible I mean absolutely terrible and unfortunately, the nice manager that normally serves us was right there. I don’t know if she’s going to keep this rude disrespectful worker around, but if so, I would advise everyone to stay away from East Capital Dunkin. I know exactly what I ordered it. We ordered the same thing all the time. This young lady argued with me. Tried to tell me what I ordered was wrong.. I offered to come in because clearly the communication was off and I didn’t feel like going through a bad experience. She said that I couldn’t come in. It’s only a drive-through location. I said OK. Do you want me to repeat the entire order? She said no kept arguing with me that I clearly said something that I didn’t say then she says hold on her manager is right there I said may I speak with the manager she continues to argue with me. I pull around to pay for my food and get my food. This girl still don’t have the order correct so instead of her, just asking me to repeat the order or allowing me to repeat the order she was so frustrated that she didn’t know what she was doing and blamed me the customer . I’ve tried three or four different ways to save the sale as I stated we go there often so obviously I wanted my breakfast but after the terrible service, the manager standing right there we left and when I spent our money at a much better establishment nearby. I called this morning three times to make an official complaint verbally with the manager, and to confirm whether this young lady will still be employed there because if so, I was never coming back. Needless to say Duncan didn’t answer none of the three times. With the way, the economy is going soon. People won’t even have money to go get a fast food breakfast. These fast food workers should respect customers so that they can keep jobs and...

I’m not sure what’s happening at this location but every single time I go, my order is completely wrong and I feel like I’m being overcharged and they don’t understand what I’m saying so I usually just take my things and go but now I will not be back. My teen went there today and ordered 2 $6 meals, a soda and avocado toast so why was she charged $29 and some change? And then she didn’t even get the soda but an iced coffee she never asked for and the meals were completely wrong to the point she just took whatever they gave her. The last time I went, I asked for 2 $6 meals and they gave me 1 meal with another sandwich and it was almost $20. The math is not mathing. If you go, demand to see receipts. This has got be a hustle, overcharge and act like they don’t understand...

If you go to Dunkin' Donuts, this is not the location to go to.Their drinks are $1.+ more than every other dunkin' donuts in the county.

I don't know if the workers are still in money.But today this girl tried to charge me $4.09 for a medium coffee

That I paid $2.99 plus text at every other dunkin' donuts, same size drink I noticed because I went on my app.And looked at previous receipts.

I realized today they're getting over at this location.So I pulled out and went to starbucks. Taste better and reasonable price.

That's sad because this location is in Hood of milwaukee proves their charging black...
