Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milwaukee

First they rudely told me the app they cannot accept. Ordered my bagel with cream cheese. Go back to my gate and told her the cream cheese isn’t in the bagel like all Dunkin do. And she said check in the bag. And I said it’s not in the bagel like a separate container. She got rude thinking I was lying and going back in forth in the terminal for their mistake and then thinking I was lying is not ok. They finally give me my cream cheese and it’s the tiniest little cup of it. I know Dunkin smears a whole blob of it on. I asked for another cup bc this isn’t enough even for half a bagel. And he said I have to charge you for it. Likeeee what??? I’m trying to fix YOUR mistakes and you can’t even give your customer an extra cream cheese...

I waited behind the cashiers “friend” while they talked for 10 minutes. Then they don’t take cash. Then the card reader doesn’t work, and finally they can’t print me a receipt. To top it all off I have to wait for a drip coffee.

When my drinks came out I was missing one and then AFTER the fact the lady told me she didn’t charge me for the missing drink because they don’t have brown sugar. Could have told me that when I ordered. Couldn’t verify this because no receipt….

What kind of coffee place can’t make a majority of their menu? WOW. I would highly recommend avoiding...

4/5/2025 12 noon Milwaukee Airport, came to Dunkin Donut to buy food, was ignore by employee and the when i called him he came and told me they don't accept cash or gift card because they want you to use your debit card and after I use my debit my card got scammed for more money thank God my bank gives me alert right away and declined, please Dunkin Donut check your employees and your card machine...
