Visiting Milwaukee multiple times and always coming here for the popusas. unfortunately yesterday was a really bad experience, popusas weren’t the same as years ago, flavor and quality changed. Lack of service, education and kindness.

unfortunately she didn’t say her name when she “greet the table” but what I heard is that she is been working there for along time and always been rude. Our visit was on 06/15/2024 around 4:00 pm so you can check who was working that day. It’s not hard to smile and greet people with kindness. Plus I don’t know if it was intentional that she charged me more than what it was. I stand up to pay she told me the total of $135 ish I gave her $136 She gave me the change and then I asked for the receipt and she asked me if I wanted the ticket were she wrote the order or the one with prices. Like really?? What would I need what she wrote? She took like 5 min to give me my ticket. When she gave it to me I saw my total was 132 Ish so I went back and told her that I gave her 136 and my total was 132 ish and she was like how much I gave you? I told her just cents And then she gave me 2 dollars back so she still owe me 2 dollars. We left 20 dls on top of the 2 dollars she stole I gave her that just because I work in the restaurant industry as well NOT BEACUSE SHE DESERVES IT. I hope you guys improve your quality and service for the community that used to love this place.

Visito Milwaukee varias veces y siempre vengo aquí por las popusas. lamentablemente ayer fue una muy mala experiencia, las popusas ya no eran las mismas de años atrás, el sabor y la calidad cambiaron. Falta de servicio, educación y amabilidad.

desafortunadamente no dijo su nombre cuando “saludó a la mesa”, pero lo que escuché es que ha estado trabajando allí durante mucho tiempo y siempre ha sido grosera. Nuestra visita fue el día 15/06/2024 alrededor de las 4:00 pm para que puedas comprobar quiénes estaban trabajando ese día. No es difícil sonreír y saludar a la gente con amabilidad. Además no sé si fue intencional que me cobrara más de lo que era. Me levanté para pagar, ella me dijo el total de $135 y centavos Le di $136. Ella me dio el cambio y luego le pedí el recibo y me preguntó si quería el boleto donde ella escribió el pedido o el de precios. ¿¿ es enserio?? ¿Para qué necesitaría lo que ella escribió? Ella tardó como 5 minutos en darme mi recibo. Cuando me lo dio, vi que mi total era 132 y centavos, así que volví y le dije que le di 136 y que mi total era 132 con centavos y ella me preguntó: ¿cuánto te di? Le dije solo centavos Y luego me devolvió 2 dólares, por lo que todavía me debe 2 dólares. Dejamos 20 dls además de los 2 dólares que robó. Se los di solo porque yo también trabajo en la industria de restaurantes, NO PORQUE ELLA LO MERECE. Espero que mejoren su calidad y servicio para la comunidad que amaba este lugar.
