J.Wonderland Crêpes and Waffles — Restaurant in Milwaukee

A fantastic dessert experience. I’m not usually big on crepes or waffles but my family found ourselves in the mood for it and had previously tried the connected Pita Palace restaurant.

We ordered the apple cinnamon waffle, the fruit waffle, and the strawberry banana crepe. There was a 25 minute wait on the apple cinnamon waffle because it was baked fresh (and was 100% worth it).

All 3 items were beyond our expectations, with portions well in line with the price point and great presentation. The staff was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere in the restaurant as a whole excellent. Will definitely be coming back the next time I’m in the mood for dessert style...

This place is inside of Pita Palace, really nice and clean. I stopped by to pick up some dessert. Since it was my first time there I asked the man taking my order for their best sellers, he did say the names of it but I didn’t catch them. Super peaceful environment and friendly service, he gave me some free desert to try as well. The Turkish coffee (which I didn’t get a picture of ) was extremely flavorful definitely worth trying. No idea where I have been or why it’s taken me this long to find this place...Now that I have, I am ecstatic! An absolute must try!

I had the Reese’s peanut butter crepe and piña colada smoothie. My cousin had a strawberry crepe and mango smoothie. We sipped our smoothies, tried our crepes and BOOM, magic in every bite! We shared a quiet moment as we enjoyed our ever so tasty late night treat. :)

The owners (husband and wife) were delightful, kind and had great customer service. I will definitely be returning. You should too! Side note: It’s inside Pita Palace though...
