McDonald’s — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Did a mobile order for pick up at counter came in at 4:05pm they called my order to me at 4:40pm get my food fries literally have black stuff all over them burgers are sloppy and wet mcchicken looks old drinks not filled correctly smoothie watery nuggets not right cold and looks old I complained worker yells across lobby and tells me I don’t have to sit here and complain just get a refund u don’t got to do all that no I do u choose to work here not me should be no way employees talk to customers the way they do because their not ensuring people food are done correctly he persists to tell me awww u can’t get mad at me because we can’t get a mechanic in to fix our fryers and I told him well fryers should be shut down if u know it’s not working properly let alone the oil is old and leaving a lot of black residue on people food very rude employees the whole staff needs to be fired this McDonald’s needs to shut down because they don’t care at all about their jobs or the customers I left the food told them I don’t want it now I have to wait to get refunded...

IT'S SAD THE TREATMENT WE RECEIVED TONIGHT FOOD WAS COLD AND THE ORDER WAS WRONG ON ALL LEVELS AND WHEN WE WENT BACK TO PICK UP A 10 PC. NUGGETS THAT THEY FORGOT THEN NOTICE THEY ADDED PICKLES ON MY SANDWICHES AND I REQUESTED NO PICKLES EXTRA ONIONS SO I TOOK A PHOTO AND SENT IT TO MY GIRLFRIEND SHE WENT TO PICK UP THE NUGGETS AND THE MANAGER TOLD HER THAT SHE HAD TO BACK AND GET THE WHOLE ORDER NEEDS BETTER MANAGEMENT SKILLS AND...

This McDonald's is so bad and unprofessional, they are rude and the facilities are really dirty. They took over 17 minutes to give me my food. I ordered large fries and when I opened my bag, the box of fries wasn't even halfway full. The burger was completely wrong from what I paid for....
