McDonald's — Restaurant in Milwaukee

HORRIBLE customer service for lunch visit! The ordering process was very nice, sweet cashier. But getting the order was RIDICULOUS!! They messed up the order, I drove 5 minutes to work to find it was wrong so went RIGHT BACK (total time 10 minutes), the window girl IMMEDIATELY asked why I didn't come back sooner, huh?? I DID! Then she just stopped talking and another lady came asking what's wrong. Explained the situation and she said they'd fix the burger but gave me the bag back (yes they took the food bag back into their kitchen and handed back out the window??). I asked if I could have fresh fruits now since they DEFINITELY cold and I hadn't touched anything but the wrong burger. She said no and to pull up.. Well that sent my cousin in to say we were willing to repay for the order even tho we weren't wrong, they seemed to get mad because WE were upset about something that WASN'T our fault, we ordered 2 double cheeseburgers but got 1 double 1 single. Still didn't get the fries replaced but as he was walking out, a guy popped up to say "do we have a problem" or something to that effect! My cousin, responded "we can" but then everybody disbursed. He decided not to push the issue since I was on my lunch break and technically still working but to insinuate that they were willing to argue/fight a customer is RIDICULOUS!! There's enough senseless crime in Milwaukee, what's the point of provoking violence over a burger THAT YOU MESSED UP?? I SWEAR Milwaukee and McDonald's is CLEARLY losing it's glory and appeal smh but they want pay...

This McDonald's is near my job so I've tried several times, but it's just not worth the effort. It always seems to take far too long to even be able to place your order. Often the order is wrong which is a problem for me because I have food allergies so I need my order to be correct. It generally takes at least 10 minutes to get your order.

This morning was the last straw for me. Once again I had to wait a while to even be able to place my order. Then when I got to the first window, no one was there. After a while a person who looked like the manager came to the register a couple of times but never opened the window or even acknowledged my existence. When the car in front of me was finally able to leave, I just drove to the second window. They'd gotten my order wrong (allergy issue again) and thought they'd given me my drink already when they hadn't. So then I had to wait some MORE.

The manager started arguing with an employee about the fact that no one was staffing the register. There weren't that many cars in the drive-thru and there had to be at least six people working so I have no idea what was taking so long. It looked like chaos in there and the workers looked like they'd rather be anywhere else.

After 10-15 minutes of this foolishness I still didn't have my order and no one had even tried to take my payment yet. I was running late for work by that point and it had gone way past ridiculous so I just drove off.

Seriously? I still like McDonald's but I'm so done with...

This is downright the most horrible fast food restaurant, I have ever been too. We had just finished up with a gymnastics meet and it was snowing so we just wanted some food before driving 2 hours home. We went in and ordered and were given our receipts. The dining room was trashed despite having several staff members standing around behind the counter and the store wasn't very busy. They asked to see our receipts before giving us our food despite they have screens that display the orders. When we did get our food our order was only half complete. Three full meals and I only got two sandwiches and one fry. I said something and all of a sudden the girl had my missing sandwich but they had no fries and needed to make some more. I stood there the entire time waiting for my fries to cook and the fryers were just beeping and nobody cared. After they were done I only received one fry instead of two and when I told the girl she ordered another employee to make it and then went to the back. After the employee made it she proceeded to put it in the staging area and walked to the back leaving nobody up front. Finally some employee who looked like he just came back from break gave me my missing fry. We quickly ate and left the restaurant because we just didn't want to be there anymore.
